I know that the Police are crazy demented Niggas.. So I wont break the Law so I dont give them any reason to shoot me.. The Okada man that got shot, he was breaking the law. I'm not saying that its okay for the Police to shoot people at random o!! But if you take a lighted candle into a room full of gunpowder, I cant blame the gun powder for the explosion..

I agree with you. But are you saying the government has no role to play in this?! Shouldn't they enforce the laws and reduce these killings. The police keep shooting erratically just because they get away with it. It shouldn't be. Those who are supposed to keep the law shouldn't be the ones messing it up. Fine, its Naija, but then its no justification. Stiff measures should be put in place even for the Law Enforcement Agents so that lives can be saved. IMHO

I can never justify injustice,
I can not support wrongs just because it was commited by Fashola.
He has to condemn it as a Governor.
Call state security meeting and persuade(mark the word persuade) the commisioner of police to be more pro-active in eradicating extra-judicial killings.
After two weeks, If another killing is recorded, what more can he do? Sack the commisioner?
He can not punish a corporal in Police, He will only persuade their commisioner to do so.
He is handicapped by the fact that they are not under his control.
I think I am not wrong. Neither am I supporting wrongdoings.

(1) The bullying Danfo Drivers and conductors who can curse the day you were born just to have their way.
(2) The Police in Mufti who could not take the cheat and want to revenge.

No. 1 paid the ultimate price of death.
No. 2 must be made to face whatever your country's constitution have for his actions.

It is as simple as that. They are both wrong. So we should not paint it as if only the police was.

eduson55: OK, so what’s going on? Why are policemen now shooting indiscriminately while enforcing Lagos traffic laws? Last week they beat and stripped an Okada man at Unilag Junction, yesterday they killed another Okada man at Ilupeju Byepass, today another shooting, another death recorded.

A bus conductor was allegedly shot dead today at Tipper Garage in Ketu. Lagos State Government, what is going on? Is there like an order to shoot and kill individuals who break the new traffic laws? Why do these policemen feel it’s okay to just take life over a misunderstanding? Why are we not hearing about arrests and prosecutions of these police officers? WTF is this?

The first problem here was the DANFO driver and his conductor.. If they didnt start shiit, their wouldnt be no shiit..

They gave the Police man a reason (however stupid or unjustifiable) to shoot at them..
