I am and will still remain an advocate for 3 Peace of Mind Tests (for those who can afford it).

POM Test 1: Immediately after delivery and no more than 2 hours after delivery. To determine paternity.

POM Test 2: Immediately after leaving the hospital and no more than 24 hrs after leaving the hospital. (Many Hospital and medical staff in Nigeria are cursed, calous, unprofessional, negilgent and grossly incompetent)

POM Test 3: After 6 months -2 years to verify the previous tests.

If you cannot afford these, then conduct Test 2 at least.
Romance › Re: You Can Touch Everything… Except The Phone? by 10thTenthMan: 4:36pm On Jan 06
Dpsychologist:
You Can Touch Everything… Except the Phone? shocked

Let’s be serious for a moment.

You can touch each other’s private parts without blinking.
You can see each other naked.
You can sleep on the same bed, share saliva, sweat, and body heat.

But once phone enter the matter…
Suddenly it’s “respect my privacy”

Ah ah.

So the same hand wey dey enter everywhere is now too holy to hold a phone?
The same eyes wey don see everything are now not “authorised” to see WhatsApp?

Let’s not deceive ourselves.

Privacy is important, yes.
But this selective privacy is funny. Very funny.

If someone can access your body but not your phone, then the phone is hiding more than the body. Simple.

Because phones don’t just carry pictures.
They carry:
• hidden conversations
• emotional affairs
• exes that “don’t mean anything”
• backups of lies

That’s why the phone is guarded like national treasure.

Truth is, many people don’t fear losing privacy.
They fear exposure.

If you truly have nothing to hide, a phone should not cause panic attack.
You may not give full access 24/7, but the moment your partner touches your phone and your spirit leaves your body… something is wrong.

You can’t be naked with someone and still be living double lives.

Either you’re in a relationship or you’re in a performance.

Choose one.

Class dismissed.
Truly, the value you bring determines a lot of things. BRING REAL VALUE and you will successfully implement the necessary reasonable rules and boundaries that women say they can never take or stand. These boundaries are for your self-protection and sanity. Women control sex mainly. Men control long term commitment.

My rules are clear and as much as you hear women come here to claim superwomen, please pay no attention to them. Online people come to rant and mouth off how they dont and wont accept this and that....

My dating rules are simple. YOU CAN NOT TOUCH MY PHONE, BUT I WILL TOUCH AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOURS. Simple.

If you do not accept this, then I have nothing to do with you. You can only do shakara for low self-esteem, sex starved men. In all my dating life, I have not seen a lady who said ''No, I dont accept this rule''. NOT ONE!!! This boundary and all other critical boundaries like posting thirst traps on social media, doom-scrolling all day, etc.

Bring Value. Real Value. They will comply. And if they lie that they would comply and fail to do so, do not hold back to ensure full consequences.

Travel › Re: Nigerian Man Sells His House In Lagos For N60m, Relocates To UK by 10thTenthMan: 11:28pm On Nov 26, 2025
Sirchiboy:
Nigerian man sells his house in Lagos for N60m, relocates to UK where he lives in one-room apartment with his two children
I SAY MAKE I ASK AI O.

AND THIS WAS WHAT I GOT. BUT OF COURSE AI CAN BE WRONG TOO. BUT IT SHEDS SOME LIGHT FROM SPECULATIONS.

First: what does N60m actually buy you in the UK?

Using recent exchange rates, £1 ≈ ₦1,890–₦1,910.
Exchange Rates UK
+1

So:

₦60,000,000 ÷ ~₦1,900 ≈ £31,000–£32,000

Call it £31.5k capital after selling the Lagos house (before visa fees, flights, deposits, etc.).

In Lagos he was a homeowner; in the UK he’s arriving as a cash-poor renter with ~£30k and two children, in a country where:

Average private rent in England ≈ £1,092/month (higher in London, ~£1,700+).

Food for a family of 3 averages about £560/month.

Average household spending across everything ≈ £623/week (~£2,700/month, Office for National Statistics)

Research on “minimum income standard” suggests a single adult needs ~£30.5k/year, and a couple with two children ~£74k/year, to reach a modest acceptable UK living standard – not luxury.
Joseph Rowntree Foundation

As a lone parent with two kids and no access to most benefits (typical for migrants on temporary visas), he is starting from a tough position.

Now your two scenarios.

SCENARIO 1- Scenario 1 – He comes as an international student

Immigration & work rules (high level)

A Student Visa holder can usually work up to 20 hours/week in term time and full-time in vacations - From UKCISA

No access to “public funds” (Universal Credit, most benefits, social housing).

Since Jan 2024, only certain postgraduate research or government-sponsored students can bring dependants (partner/children).
GOV.UK

Children cannot work; if he’s a lone parent, he is basically the only potential earner.

Likely income

Assume he gets typical low-skill work at around the National Living Wage (~£12.71/hour from April 2026; 2025 is slightly lower but close).
The Guardian

20 hours/week × £12.70 ≈ £254/week

Annually: ≈ £13,200 before tax

Monthly: ≈ £1,100 before tax (maybe ~£1,050 take-home)

In vacations he could work full-time and earn more, but term-time restrictions dominate for most of the year.

Typical monthly costs (outside London, small one-room/studio)

Let’s assume he deliberately picks a cheaper city (Not London, not the Southeast):

Rent for a very modest one-bed or studio in a cheaper city: £700–£900 (he may cram into a room in a shared house to be lower).

Food for 1 adult + 2 kids (if he’s frugal and cooks): say £400–£550 (below or around national average).

Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, phone): £150–£200

Local transport, school costs, clothing, toiletries, misc: easily £200–£300

Conservative total: about £1,450–£1,900/month.

But his student-job income is only around £1,050/month. So he is short £400–£800 every month, before we even talk about:

Tuition fees (£12k–£20k+ per year for many courses)

Immigration Health Surcharge, visa fees

School uniforms, laptops, emergencies

That deficit comes straight out of the £31.5k savings.

How long does the N60m last?

Very rough:

If he runs a £600/month deficit, that’s £7,200/year just to survive, plus tuition maybe £15k/year.

Just one year of tuition + living costs could burn £20k–£25k easily.

Two years of a taught master’s = likely most or all of the £31.5k gone unless he has extra income (remote work, support from spouse abroad, etc.).

Survival verdict – Student route

Legally, under UK immigration rules:

He can’t work more than 20 hours/week in term and can’t just “hustle full-time” without risking visa breach.

Kids cannot work; he probably has no benefits due to “no recourse to public funds”.

So:

Short-term survival: Possible if he uses the Lagos house money as “fuel” and lives extremely frugally in a small room. But quality of life = very cramped, financially stressful.

Long-term survival: Very risky. If he doesn’t transition quickly into a Skilled Worker or Graduate visa with decent salary, he could end up with:

No house in Lagos,

No significant savings left,

Still renting a cramped place, and

Pressure to overwork illegally.

His chances of thriving on the student route with two kids and only N60m capital are low, unless:

He’s on a funded PhD (stipend), or

He has strong additional support (spouse overseas sending money, or high-pay remote work in tech, etc.).

SCENARIO 2 -Scenario 2 – He comes with work sponsorship (Skilled Worker visa)

Immigration & work rules

On the Skilled Worker route:

His UK employer must sponsor him and pay at least the skilled worker salary threshold – currently £41,700 baseline for new applications, or the higher “going rate” for that job.

He can generally work full-time, change jobs within rules, and often work overtime.

Most Skilled Worker holders and their dependants also have no recourse to public funds, so still no benefits.

Many skilled workers can bring dependants (partner & kids), though some categories now bar bringing dependants (e.g. social care roles).
House of Commons Library

Likely income

Take the minimum Skilled Worker salary: £41,700/year.

Approximate tax & NI:

After income tax & NI, net is roughly £2,700–£2,900/month (ballpark).
(A rough calculation suggests around £2,800/month take-home.)

Monthly costs again (outside London)

Use the same band as before:

Rent: £800–£1,000 for a small flat in a cheaper city.

Food: £450–£600 for 3, if they eat mostly at home.

Utilities: £150–£200

Transport, school costs, clothes, misc: £250–£350

Total: around £1,650–£2,150/month.

With ~£2,800/month take-home, he might have a surplus of ~£600–£1,100/month if he budgeted tight and stayed out of London.

That surplus can go to:

Building an emergency fund,

Paying for childcare/after-school club so he can work full hours,

Saving toward a car, or eventually buying a home (though that’s a long road).

And remember, he still has the £31.5k capital from Lagos (minus visa, flights and initial setup). That money can:

Cover deposits (often 5–6 weeks rent + 1 month up front),

Buy basic furniture and laptops for kids,

Provide buffer for the first 6–12 months while he settles.

Survival verdict – Skilled Worker route

Legal work hours: He can work full-time, and perhaps overtime, without breaching immigration rules.

Income level: While £41.7k is below the “ideal” £74k for a couple with 2 kids MIS benchmark,
Joseph Rowntree Foundation
a single breadwinner on that salary can realistically support a small family in a cheaper UK city if they live modestly.

Living standard: They’ll still feel “poorer” compared to owning a house in Lagos, but:

Bills are pay-able from salary.

Savings can grow slowly.

Kids access UK schooling and future opportunities.

Risk: If he loses the sponsored job, visa security and income are at risk; but structurally, this route is much more sustainable than being income-capped as a student.

Overall comparison – “Chances of survival”

Economically & legally, with current UK immigration rules:

Student route (with two children, N60m capital):

Income restricted to part-time, around £13k/year from legal work.

High tuition + high cost of living.

Burn rate of savings is very fast.

Survival = heavily dependent on:

External support, OR

Very rapid transition to a better visa/job.

High risk of downward mobility and hardship despite having sold the Lagos house.

Skilled Worker route (work sponsorship):

Full-time earning at £41.7k+.

No benefits, but salary roughly aligns with lower-middle UK income.

With careful location choice (not London), they can:

Pay rent and bills from salary,

Use the £31.5k as cushion,

Slowly rebuild assets.

Chances of stable survival and gradual progress are much better.

Bottom line

If a Nigerian father sells a paid-off house in Lagos (₦60m) and moves to the UK with two children:

Coming as a student, under current rules, is financially fragile and often not a rational move unless:

He has a funded PhD / scholarship,

Or a second strong income source.

Coming with a solid Skilled Worker sponsorship paying at or above the new thresholds is far more viable, though it still means:

Downgrading from homeowner to renter,

Living very modestly at first,

Accepting that the UK is a high-cost, high-rules environment with limited safety nets for new migrants.

If you want, we can next plug in specific UK cities (e.g. Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow vs London) and model monthly budgets and burn-rate of that ₦60m under each scenario.

Our wedding is in 4 months and I am contemplating getting out of such a relationship. Please advice
Do not help replicate the gene pool of poor quality men.... You women hold the key to this, but many ladies have traded this control for bragging rights of being married, material benefits, and toxic addiction to sexual pleasure and the lack of the ability to close their legs.

Now I can bet that there are other red flags you are ignoring, and you have stayed with him through them. NOTE that he will not change because of marriage.

People are already flaying you for bringing this matter here and not settling it with your fiancée. I will not because you are not married. The moment you get married, it becomes a matter of duty. Once you open your two ''koro-koro'' eyes to marry, then you have to accept the full package.

Alright. Fine. Let me go back to my objective self and say that I guess (and hope that) justice is served. However, Dear Parents, we cannot control the number of animals out there. I know the culprit/perpetrator is to be blamed- 100%. I know it is a crime. I know in a sane society, if a woman walks about naked by 12 midnight, nothing is supposed to happen to her. I know ''Your vagi-na is not a Car'', ''I know you would rather choose the bear'' etc. etc. etc. Beautiful fantastic arguments and profound and beautiful sentiments - only on paper! Unfortunately, that is utopia and not reality. You say ''In an ideal situation...'' but realistically, the world is hardly ever ideal. The world is not like that, and we must be very, very careful and discerning. While we cannot control everything, You still need to watch and guard your kids and do not trust strangers and even known acquaintances.

Romance › Re: The Silent Tests: Decoding A Woman's True Intentions by 10thTenthMan:
Immature women play games. Children. A sensible woman who has any iota of sense in her head does not play these so-called games.

So as I dey so, one woman go do all this, and I have to look out for all of this? She go wait tayah o. I do not wait to set boundaries against these signs of childishness and feminine idiocy. From the beginning, the Standards and boundaries are set. The full circle of masculine attraction starts with self-respect, expands through leadership, radiates through confidence, matures into boundaries, heightens with mystery and touch, stabilizes through emotional safety, and culminates in purpose - Very strong purpose. No woman's vagina is worth all this wahala.

Anyway, to the men that have any iota of self-respect in them...A healthy woman doesn’t need to flirt with others, withhold sex, start drama, or disrespect you just to “see what you’ll do.” That’s not femininity. That’s poor communication and, to simply put it, a very foolish woman.Only low-quality men tolerate those behaviors and call it “a test.” High-quality men don’t decode them. They don’t chase them. They don’t excuse them. They simply step back, set standards, and choose better. Sometimes she mentions people in her life because… they exist. Sometimes she pulls back because she’s is not interested and her true nature is showing. And sometimes, too, she’s emotional because she lacks zero emotional intelligence and self-regulation.

Last last sha men will learn. Learn that at the end of the day, strong relationships aren’t built on childish otakara jeleosimi mind games. They’re built on two people who don’t need to test each other to feel secure. But just know, that to some men, you play these games and you are out. Their world does not revolve around a particular woman's vagina. They have better purpose(s) to chase in life than indulge your stupidity and play these games.
Romance › Re: Dear Nigerian Men, Her Body Count Is Constitutionally Protected — Cry In Peace! by 10thTenthMan: 2:40am On Nov 07, 2025
Naijalegal:
Under the Nigerian Law you cannot divorce a woman because you just discovered that she was a wayward prostitute before the marriage. Before marriage, every woman has the right to live her life the way she likes and nobody can decide otherwise. Prostitution, cheating (different from adultery), flirting and other wayward lifestyles are not criminal offences but moral issues and moral issues are not enforceable under the Nigerian law. The same way that it is illegal for the police to arrest a young man for wearing dreads or having funny haircuts. These are personal issues that are protected by the fundamental rights of privacy.

Going back to the main issue which is that a man cannot divorce his lawfully married wife just because he discovered that before the marriage she used to be an olosho at Allen avenue pleasure supermarket where every dick, tom and harry took turns on her let us consider the content of S.15(2)(b) of the Matrimonial Causes Act which provides:

"Since the marriage the respondent has committed adultery and the petitioner finds it intolerable to live with the respondent."

When you look at this section very carefully with the mind of a trained lawyer, the first thing to notice is that the only adultery that will count for the purpose of divorce is the one committed from the time of the marriage "SINCE THE MARRIAGE......" Any intercourse done before the marriage is not going to count even if she was recorded and posted online and you saw it. After marriage the law sees the woman as a new person and gives her the honorable title of a "MRS" and wipes out everything else she has done in her years of youthfulness and every old thing is passed away. Marriage is a form of veil that protects the dignity of a woman and the doctrine of covering the veil operates to prevent anyone from looking to see who she was or what she did before her marriage. Thus, once married old things are passed away.

Ladies must also remember that there is no law that said you must reveal your body count to any man in the name of being a good person. Whatever you did with any man is your privacy and the constitution protects your right to privacy. Even if a man asked you what your body count is all you have to do is to assert your constitutional right to privacy and he has no right to force you. Even if you lie to him about your body count, he has no right to do anything about it because nobody can take away your fundamental right no matter what unless you have committed a crime and taken to the court. Even if he goes to court to ask for divorce relax and sip your bottle of beer because he is going to lose the case. The law court is not a chapel or a mosque where issues are decided on morality. In the Nigerian legal system, morality and law are two different streams that are not allowed to mix. For moral behavior to be enforceable in Nigeria, it must first be passed into a law for everyone to read and follow, see the case of Aoko V. Fagbemi.

If your fiancé ask you if you have done olosho or hookup before simply look into his eyes, and remind him of your constitutional right to privacy and if he forces you to answer, simply tell him no. If he discovers anything else after the marriage, the law is very simple because whatever happens outside the marriage stays outside the marriage. What counts is the one is the one that happened during the marriage. Research has revealed that many women who lived the life during their youth make better wives because they have seen everything and have finally decided to settle down so their whole mind is in the marriage and they hardly cheat unlike women who entered marriage without exploring and will end up trying to experience things they have not done before out of curiosity.

Dear men, once you marry please don't listen to anyone telling you anything about your wife's past life because it no longer matters. Most of them are only interested in breaking your home. A woman who was wild in her youth may have outgrown such tendencies and make a good wife. You have the duty to protect your wife's dignity and honor no matter what her past was and you are now her knight in shinning armor.
-
-

Hahaha...The straws in this one aren't even many or strong enough to keep a fly afloat.

I will just stay away from her intentionally for 3-4 years and go ahead with the divorce. No contact, no consummation of the marriage, not even a good morning. Nothing. Like someone said, earlier ''I NO DO AGAIN'' is enough grounds not to talk of discovering '' many things''.

Then I will see the right thinking court, or judge or legal system that will force me and tie my hands and legs to her or force me to put my private part into hers. I will see the legislative system that will force me to talk to her or stay in the same house with her, or restrict my right to move and live anywhere I am legally allowed to live.

That simple.

Men are supposed to impregnate women when they have sex at the right biological time and condition, isn’t it.

I don’t see a problem here.

Oh you mean the married women? Who told men that they own the vaginas of their wives? It is a lie and one of the highest deception on earth to believe that a woman is innocent and she is not supposed to do this or do that or cheat.

Biko know that the vagina belongs to them. They give it to whoever they feel deserves it. Yes. Even your gym instructor. And the vagina as an organ, it has no security protection or a usage meter recording who went in and out. That title of “Husband” is a big scam of sorts.

Remove this delusion that women, whether single or married, are supposed to be quiet and stay with one man and not look outside and are supposed to be angels , etc.,etc. The society forced these expectations on the women and in order to survive and be accepted the women locked their true nature in almost evil pretense as a survival and mating strategy. When you do, remove the brainwashing, things like this story will never ever ever shock you.

Now imagine a young lady like that agreed to be a third wife to an already married man angry. Thats enough reason for everyman out there to know that "women no really get choice".

As a man, just get money, and leave your money to be importing plenty wives into your life ..
Lol

Don’t mind the women who are quoting you and talking nonsense.

Nothing makes them better or worse than the man and ladies involved. If you have the physical, mental, psychological and spiritual fortitude to bear the responsibilities and take accountability when it requires, then live your life. It is not illegal and he has broken no laws.

What many of the women here SAY and WHAT THEY REACT TO ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. You see them running dirty mouths about how they can’t take this and how they can’t take that. That is usually for the men they don’t want. But you see that man they are chasing, drooling over , praying that he asks them out… That man that is totally out of their league that they know that on a good day they can’t even attend an event with him without looking like village girls and feeling out of place…they will not open their mouths to say pim!

So forget all the big grammar and English wey some Dey type here.

The man for this thread try sef. He agreed to marry, and then went ahead and married three.

Some of us are not planning on getting married regardless of wealth, net worth, status and network. And we tell the ladies upfront that we are not looking to date towards marriage and I have never met anyone disagreeing. Usually it is even the married ones that feel a bit disappointed. It gets me thinking like “Come.. bia …aunty e wa nbi…..you are married and you want to date me and showing interest and then when I tell you I don’t date married women (as a personal boundary) and that even when I date women it isn’t towards marriage. As in am not dating for the purpose of marriage, you are getting angry.. please tell me the colour and shape of your problem(s)”

Ignore what women say about relationships. It is mostly a mask and charade. Their true desires they hardly reveal to avoid judgement.
Any experienced man Focuses on what moves them and what they react to. Not what they spew out of their mouths.

Women and accountability issues.

Thinking again, I feel she is just trying to get her views up using reverse psychology.

I don’t trust what a woman (and a human) will do for fame and money and relevance. Women will gladly do these things at the expense of their kids.

So

1. I hope that she is sincere.

2. Even if she is sincere it does not automatically absolve her from facing the consequences of her actions and taking accountability and the repercussions therefrom. You think excuses like I was young, I was 18 and I was groomed concerns nature ? Nature doesn’t care and you are going to pay!

3. It is impossible to remove all her content from the internet. Especially if they are copyrighted to a Producer/Producing Company. Even if she won the case, her content will be bootlegged and available on the dark web and less popular porn sites.

4. She isn’t the first Adult Entertainment Star to have a child. Many had kids and they managed. She should find out how they managed.

5. This is a warning to the “I’ll rather cry in a Lamborghini” ladies. She just has a kid and she is running helter-skelter. She hasn’t tried looking for a good job yet, or getting an appointment, or running a business that people will avoid, etc etc where the consequences of her actions she will continue to pay! And she has at least another 50 years to live God giving her life. She should be ready for more as she prays for strength from God to bear them, if she has truly changed .

3. Where many people try these nonsense, some will get lucky that during the period money they have been owed will be paid or they see free 1000 naira on the ground. It is coincidence. It doest mean it works. If it does, replicate it and make a million, let me see. I tripple dare anyone.

4. Social media will never share failure or tell you that the rubbish video made with capcut or invideo etc. does not work. They want you to watch, like, share and subscribe. It is all content.

5. They will say it is ancient knowledge. Which nonsense, ancient knowledge. Ancient knowledge that believe that Malaria is from too much Palm Oil or that Small Pox is from Shopona and lightning is from Sango?

6. If it worked, bay leaf will be 1 billion naira per leaf, and so will be sea salt, celtic salt, etc etc. People will make sure they are the only ones that have it. I mean, look at crude oil. Just because of its value, millions of people have died-From the Niger Delta in Nigeria to the Deserts of the Middle East. That is real value. Countries have been invaded because of Opium, Coca, etc Cartels have been formed. Communities destroyed. Look at other rare earth minerals found in Nigeria and the associated destruction by so-called Fulani Herdsmen. If bay leaf worked, people would be killed for it. It wont be sold in a tiny white little plastic bag by ''Mama'' in her tray.

dosmat:
I have been wondering if your child or children resemble or looks like you, proves that you are the biological father of the child(ren)...
Does not

Will not and

Cannot

Men foolishly think that looks and resemblance matters. It does not and this has been proven again and again.

A DNA TEST IS A MUST FOR ANY SENSIBLE SINGLE OR MARRIED FATHER TO BE! IT IS A MUST. IF YOU MUST, DO A TEST PEACEFULLY AND QUIETLY FIRST.

I typically recommend 3 Peace of Mind DNA Tests if you can afford it.

a. Test 1: 24-48 hrs after baby is born

b. Test 2: less than 24 hrs after baby is taken home from hospital

c. Test 3: Must be from a lab separate from Test 1 and 2 for QA/QC, Results Consistency and Verification purposes.

If you cannot afford the three (3) please do at least 1 test. Preferably Test 2. Let’s you know whether the she cheated or the hospital swapped the babies intentionally or due to their stupidity and carelessness. She may lie that the hospital made a mistake. Most Women will lie and do anything possible just to cover shame from illicit affairs. But at least you know that the baby you took home IS NOT YOUR CHILD!

When I am ready to have children with a woman, I’ll run these three tests on my 2 kids. I don’t want to have more than 2 kids.Ladies I date know this about me. It is a boundary and I don’t accept any woman challenging my decision to run DNA Tests. It is not negotiable. My peace of mind matters way above and beyond a sulking angry girlfriend.

Romance › Re: I Wish I Never Married My Husband by 10thTenthMan:
LoveUdie:
I've been married for 25 years.

My husband and I never lived together under the same roof all these years.

I lived in the South East and worked there before marriage.

After marriage, I offered to resign from my job and join him in Lagos but he rejected the idea.

He said our family needed more financial support from my job.

My Mother and Mother-in-law advised me not to resign from my job and I believe they saw the future.

I also never visited him in Lagos where he resided and worked.

The only time I attempted to visit him in Lagos led to a rift between us.

He threatened to end the marriage and our families had to get involved to resolve the misunderstanding.

He only visited when he liked and that was when it was time for another baby.

We have 4 children together.

Now 25 years later my husband has retired from his job and has moved back to the South East.

The problem is that we live like strangers.

I don't know him and we have no relationship.

We just spent about 1 week together during each of his visits.

He could be gone for over a year without visiting.

The major issue is that I feel a deep sense of resentment for him.

He returned expecting everything to be all lovey-dovey but he is unrealistic.

We never had any conversations, our relationship was so official.

I never enjoyed the marriage which is the main reason for my resentment.

I got married majorly for companionship but I found myself alone like a single woman for 25 years.

If only I knew this was what he had to offer I never would have married him.

Not only did I not have companionship, I hustled like a single mother for 25 years.

My husband never provided any financial support.

At the beginning he kept playing me around each time I asked for money.

After a while he couldn't play around anymore he told me how he didn't live in the apartment so why should he pay for it?

He said the same thing about food and other needs.

I couldn't believe it.

After a heated showdown, his Mother and my Mother had a heart-to-heart talk with me, telling me to take care of my needs as I could.

I also had to cater to our children's needs after he kept dragging his feet.

I felt like I married myself.

I had a husband yet I was hustling like I was a single Mother.

I felt so much resentment towards him.

After the birth of our fourth child, I stopped communicating with him.

He never communicated, we only talked once I called him.

Funny enough he was fine with us not communicating.

That showed me the state of our marriage.

Our oldest child is 24 and out of the house. The other children are 22, 20, and 18. They are all adults, two are graduates from the university.

The other 2 are undergraduates and out of the house.

So it's just the two of us.

Now he is making small talk trying to communicate with me like we are a loving couple.

No love ever existed between us.

Our families have asked me to forgive like everyone else.

It's always so easy to dish out advice once it's not you.

The truth is that there is no way I can relate to him as a loving husband.

Now he is staying in the very apartment he refused to pay for.

He complains that I don't talk to him and sometimes I don't come home.

What does he expect?

His presence offends me and sometimes I stop by my friend who is a widow.

She lives alone and I have spent some nights with her since our youngest child left home.

We could both do with some company.

He is accusing me of seeing another man.

Did I know what he did in Lagos for 25 years?

It's just irritating how he expects us to carry on like nothing happened and all is well.

I don't know how to get out of this situation.

I'm thinking about getting another apartment and moving out.

My greatest regret is marrying this man.

This is not the life I wanted.

I had to work overtime to ensure that I didn't dislike our children.

I'm losing my mind with the way he keeps acting like it's business as usual.

Expecting me to cater to him like we made all these loving memories all these years.

My heart is so heavy and I don't know how to heal from this because is.....

So who is to be blamed or who should be blamed for staying this long? Why didn’t you take accountability and leave him?

His mother and your mother begged you and told you (the wife) to perform up to 101 percent the duties of a man. Not that you are supporting him, but performing his duties 101 percent and You greed and NOW YOU WANT TO PUSH THE RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF THAT DECISION TO WHO? The man? Men in general?

Women will always hate accountability. Afterall don’t they have a vagina and boobs and arse? So why will they ever take accountability? Now, mind you I have not even broken down where your story developed knocked knees (k-leg) yet. I will still come for that latter.

Now he is back and you have him with you and you resent him and you are ranting and angry and seeking praise and validation for your current state and condition? Are you looking for those that will insult him with you? You still dont want to take accountability for your actions……which is simply the fact that you are the one willingly and willfully putting up with it. YES. Since there is nothing to do about it then shut up.

Imagine a scammer comes to scam me or a marketer presents me a deal that is bad for me and I can break free from such a deal or protest that the marketer is not fulfilling his own part of the bargain. Yes it might be rough and tough but I can break free. I refuse because some family members talked me into managing the horrible product ?
Then I come to complain about the product like anyone forced me to accept it.
The man wanted to enjoy his life like a Bachelor while married. He ate his cake and had it all along. Now that he is retired his resources will not be as much as while in service. He has come home to be “taken care of”. According to you, You even had to “work overtime so you do not dislike the children”. You are a possessed woman and selfish. You are also ignorant of the fact the MARRIAGE IS DUTY! DUTY! Before all the romance and happiness nonsense. How can a woman not love her kids naturally? You think the world owes you and me anything ?! Nope!

Also How and why do you women allow very weak and poor quality men get away with it. You allow poor quality men procreate. Genes that should die off are propagating instead everywhere. And now you are complaining. Even procreated with him. 4 kids. Do we know how this has affected your kids? Your sons may think that “that is the life” and your daughters may hate men unjustly.

Women please listen to me. For every action and/or inaction THERE ARE PRICES TO BE PAID. Know this and know peace. And in life, Good intentions and actions do not necessarily produce good outcomes and results. Get used to this idea. It is where women fundamentally start their delusion. THAT IT IS NEVER THEIR FAULT. You see that nonsense I cannot be wrong thing, it is for a man who feels he will die if he doesn’t have a vagina. To me, no vagina is special. So people like me shall without fear speak the truth and tell any woman to go to hell.

If it is your choice to tolerate this for this long then respect that man and keep his matters private and do the best you can with him. THE SITUATION YOU HAVE FOUND YOURSELF TODAY IS A PRODUCT OF YOUR CHOICES. IT IS THE RESULT OF YOUR ACTIONS OR INACTIONS.

You have stayed with this man. Respect him based on the duty as a wife. He has missed and refused to play his duty as a man and he was allowed. You play your duty as a wife well or poorly, but we won’t join you in castigating him when you accepted the situation.

If it is possible, beg God in prayers that the woman you will marry will not sleep with her EX few days to your wedding or when she goes to share wedding card or even to sleep with anyone else some days or weeks or months to your wedding day.

If it is possible, marry a virgin, but if she is not a virgin, let her be a very Godly, responsible and decent person.
There is nothing to pray to God about.

God will not stop a woman that wants to open her legs. Just as God does not stop worse sins including ritual killings, organ harvesting, child molestation and rape, etc from happening.

God has given us a brain and we have wisdom and knowledge. Use these and in all you do NEVER PUT YOUR TRUST ON ANY HUMAN BEING. So guard yourself. And even after you guard yourself and do your due diligence YOU ARE STILL GUARANTEED NOTHING.

Do a DNA Test even if you marry a virgin. I still stand by my recommendation of 3 DNA TESTS PER CHILD.
Romance › Re: Lady Gone Viral For Dropping Billing Formats On How To Collect Money From Men by 10thTenthMan: 12:34pm On Oct 28, 2025
Chilipepper:
A lady has gone viral for dropping “billing formats” on how to collect money from men.
These work for fools and idiots who can only see value in themselves from the useless and worthless validation gotten from giving women money. Foolish women of no value calling you “Odogwu” and telling you that they are your “Achalugo”. Many Women so stupid they can’t separate Nollywood fiction from today’s reality.

THERE IS A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO ALL HER NONSENSE BILLING IDEAS.

and the solution is NO!

A simple “NO I AM NOT GIVING YOU” with your full chest. Regardless of the format and style and story and tactics. You get the same answer. Absolute and resounding “NO”.

How do you even date women that cannot take care of themselves financially? It is a rule for me. I won’t get married. I date ladies. But for you to even consider that we would date it must mean you have access to the places I have access to. And to have such an access you must be doing well for yourself. You bring value and I bring the same. We pool resources together and no one feels like a leach or feel like being used.

It is an absolute “NO”. Your mother is dying “NO”? Oh your father got robbed and stabbed “NO”. Perhaps this works for men who see themselves as being lucky to have a girlfriend.

Even when we know that game doesn’t rely 100 per cent on finances or looks. It is funny.
Romance › Re: Lady Blasts Men Who Demand DNA Tests After Encouraging Pregnancy (photos/video) by 10thTenthMan:
She is a funny woman.

Someone quoted me below saying that she isn’t funny like I used “funny” in an endearing way. Nope. She is funny in the way that foolish people and stupid people are annoyingly funny. Besides it is my absolute right to see her as funny. You see her anyway you want.

Now that out of the way, these Women with accountability issues. It is interesting.

She is complaining when I am going further and advising men and women to do more than one test? What will she then do when she sees my advice to men in particular?

In fact and typically, I usually recommend three (3) Tests but 2 at a minimum, especially if you have the means and financial capability.

Generally I recommend 2 Peace of Mind Tests at a minimum. Even if you married the virgin herself.

- First test immediately the child is born and not latter than 48 hours after.

- Another test when the child is taken home. Hospitals can swap your kids.

- The third test usually should be at a new lab to identify testing errors from previous 2 as a form of QA/QC and verification of previous results.

She is talking about just one test.

Any sensible man knows that a woman lies strategically for her survival and to hide shame and disgrace which is tied to her social currency and sexual market value. Since they lack the physical strength for brute force and violence their superpowers are deceit, seduction, emotional blackmail, crying to gain pity, using voice modulation to feign pain, sorrow, etc.

When it comes to paternity, do not and never trust a woman. In their bid to “survive” they will justify such deceit like paternity fraud. To a woman, anything goes to make her happy, allow her access to resources and remove her shame.

Avoid Sleeping with someone's wife, Abeg.
One of the thing I dreaded the most is sleeping with somebody's wife. The most scary part is this ladies won't tell you they are married. God Abeg
It is worth avoiding, not because of any spiritual nonsense. If that were the case, many men won't be alive today.

It is worth avoiding because the man might find out and MURDER/KILL YOU IN COLD BLOOD. If caught there is also the society's reaction, usually with shame, embarrassment, public humiliation, torture and dehumanization, challenges with the law, unwanted pregnancies for a bay hard to claim from a married woman, etc.

Not because of one nonsense religion or juju. Talk about one useless juju or deity that couldn't protect Africans from 300 years of slavery and about 100 years of colonization. Babalawos would have been stronger than governments.

Avoid another Man's Woman. Whether single or married. YOU MIGHT GET KILLED FOR A STUPID REASON. Avoid raping as well. In some families you will pay in/with your Blood. FACTS.

cutecommend:
It is possible to see the best spouse for you after you are Married, but you just have to love the one you are already married to and move on.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS “ORIGINAL PARTNER”.

It is all nonsense . There is no “Match made in heaven”. It is all nonsense as well. There is no ''bone of my bone, flesh of my flesh'' nonsense either. Humans just like to create, curate and attach feelings and fantasies to something to give it more value than it has or to make it generally acceptable.

We are trying to run away from the responsibility of picking our mate and spouses properly. As usual, lazily waiting on God to come perform magic instead of understanding that:

1. No human being is perfect
2. We can only apply personal responsibility to the limits of human intelligence. We can only do our best.
3. At times our best is not enough and we are not guaranteed anything. You can be good to him/her and he/she pays you back in evil and cheating and wickedness.

There are one thousand women that will make me good wives. Just as, there are many men that can make good husbands to your wife. Time and chance brought you together. Make the best of it. Things will be less interesting in marriage. Things will be more stressful. Challenges and quarrels and disagreements will come. You will fight, hate each other. You will come to strongly hate the same thing that made you like each other in the past. Yes. The very thing that made you fall in love with her (e.g. ''oh she is so quiet she gives me peace'') can be the same thing you hate her for 20 years latter (''she is just there, she is not motivated or driven to assist and support my efforts...how did I marry this person?'').

Stand by each other. Just as you see better women outside and besides your wife, the same way SHE IS ALSO SEEING BETTER, BIGGER, STRONGER, HIGHER VALUE, WEALTHIER MEN than you too. THIS IS A FACT. LIVE WITH IT AND DEAL WITH THIS FACT. IF YOU ARE STILL IN FANTASY, THEN REALITY CHECK WILL BE HORRIBLE FOR YOU. Men are not angels...Women are not either. It is just that men control the world and for a long time women had to pretend that they were these saints and angels who didn't have kinks, fetishes, fantasies or desire for multiple men etc. Women like variety too. They want the bad boy when they are ovulating and the father figure when their hormones are not raging wild. Women (They) are just smart about. They hide these traits very well because the society expected, trained, mandated and imposed this on them. In fact, society once forced them to marry a man they didn't want. BUT THIS HAS SINCE CHANGED. NOW WITH MODERNIZATION HAS COME THE TRUE NATURE OF WOMEN. Women if allowed will mostly only pick men who are better than them. So there is no Original anything. The problem for them is that the higher they date up the success ladder, the lesser the number of quality men in the next upper level, leaving all/most women chasing few men and the men seeing this use them to their fill.

But for me, I will not get married. I date and when I feel the relationship is getting too cold and there is no passion, I quietly break off the relationship. This is mentioned right at the beginning of the relationship- The fact that I am not dating towards marriage. I am dating for mutual companionship, passionate experience, mutual support, mutual nurturing, etc.

Guys, can you kneel to apologize to your woman or do you consider it "unAfrican" and makes you less a man?
Remember it is a very serious misunderstanding! Perhaps she caught you cheating or something like that.

Live shows daily. No 2 days will ever be the same. Do I see part of Central Park?

Personally, I can concentrate when I want to work and then when I am drained mentally, I can change focus to what is happening on the streets. I can also add blinds when I want to get serious with a task at hand and don’t need distractions, and when I am curious to know if “Jonhwick checked-in to the New York Continental and if Perkins followed him” I’ll just take a peek across the street.

I am one of those who read with Music so distractions don’t bother me much. But if it is too distracting I’ll just add blinds and open them when I want the street view.

It will be fun. I’ll notice people, their routines, give them nick names based on their routines, dressing/fashion sense&s rule, body language etc. I have always loved human psychology and how and why humans act the way they do. It will be my very expensive little observatory.

I actually love it.

This question is something a lot of us think about.

Should you do DNA or continue to live in paradise believing that the child is yours as long as there is no pressure?

I think it's the same thing as "should you check your partner's phone or rather not risk the potential issues it may cause?"

Personally, in both cases, I'll chose to go the hard way.

I'm not a coward. I rather face any problem that may arise squarely instead of living in a fōøl's paradise.

So yes, I'll run DNA test. I'll check my partner's phone.

Peace is not the absence of war. Living in delusion should never be mistaken for peace. Living in pretense or running away from reality is not life.
I have recommended and will keep recommending Minimum of 2 Peace of Mind/ Curiosity Tests.

As for me I am doing three tests per child. Thank God I have the financial capacity. 3 POM per child.

You can also earn so well as a teacher by working in a school that has a good salary structure. If you choose business, try to grow in it so that you will make more profit.

How much money you make is not determined by what you do but by how you do what you do.
