WetSmoke:
this looks so good. Please share your recipe. Thank you

Recipe for the dough:
Flour 500g
Margerine 250g
Salt 1/2 tsp(teaspoon)
Baking powder 2 teaspoon
Chilled Water 1/2 cup( you can add little more to get a fluffy dough)

RECIPE FOR FILLING
Titus fish
Salt to taste
Seasoning (maggi)
Grinded pepper (dry pepper)
Margerine: 100g

PREPARATION OF THE DOUGH
Measure and sieve your flour in a bowl,

Add salt and baking powder

Add margarine and mix with your hands until you get crumb-like texture.

Add your chilled water and Miz to form a dough
Wrap in a cling film or any clean nylon.

You can just set it aside while you prepare the filling.

You can as well keep it in the fridge.( This gives the dough a nice, flaky texture).

PREPARATION OF THE FILLING

Wash the fish into a pot, add water and salt then allow to boil.
Note: do not add seasoning at this point.

Once it is boiled, debone the fish, add seasoning, dry pepper and margarine to the fish and mix to combine well.

On a clean surface, roll out the dough ( not too thick and not too flat.

Fill with the fish sauce and roll the dough over it.

Use egg mixture to close the edge.

Cut out into desired sizes and arrange on your already creamed and floured baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven.
