Hello food people, please what could be the reason why my chinchin always turns out to be soft instead of crunchy?
I will appreciate your answers.

It could be that you added too much margarine (butter).
Try adding full cream powdered milk (for taste), and less fat next time.

Too much baking powder reduce the amount of baking powder.
Add extra egg whites for that crunchiness.
