Put 3 bananas, milk, baking powder, eggs, butter and sugar with 1 cup of water in a blender and blend till smooth. Add flour to thicken, then fry. I put my butter in my batter so no need to oil the pan but I used a non-stick frying pan.

This batter made breakfast for 3adults
