Skye Bank Plc has notified the
Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE)
of the voluntary resignation of
four of its Executive Directors
from the services of the bank. This is contained in a notification
letter signed by the bank’s
Company Secretary / General
Counsel, Mr Babatunde Osibodu
pasted on the NSE website on
Friday. The letter stated that the affected
directors were Mr Idris Yakubu,
Mrs Markie Idowu, Mrs Abimbola
Izu and Mr Bayo Sanni. It said that the directors had
served in the executive
management capacity for nearly
two years and had been part of
the new board of the bank which
came into being following the intervention of the Central Bank
of Nigeria on July 4 2016. The letter quoted Mr Tokunbo
Abiru, the bank’s Group
Managing Director, as saying that
the executive directors had
contributed immensely to the
successful leadership transition which commenced last year. The bank also “announced that
the new development does not in
any way affect the smooth
running of the bank .

I cant monkey hunt...I am always real....I am telling you 'HUNCHISTICALLY' where the SHAKERS (MEN IN BLACK..... grin) are focusing to make the DIVIDEND and CAPITAL APPRECIATION make sense after they displace men of little faith from their positions. At times they take just 10mins in a trading session to achieve this and you never live to see that DIP again for months .... grin grin grin.
Hope you know it came below N23.00 during trading on friday.....Prepare for surprises ahead... grin grin grin.
Supports and resistances will be severely tested severally in strong stocks before that div is MERITED.... grin grin grin
Fasten you seat belt... grin grin grin

On my focus tomorrow:
- Diamond bank - No man dies twice, except a coward. I am not one.
- Zenith - dividend expectation, though too early, further pullback may occur.
- Transcorp - Purely speculative. I wish to find out if this is TRANS-CORP or TRANS-CORPSE ( the heat is different when your cash is involved)

Diamond has killed a lot of portfolios ohh !
the recent JIJO rally wa another sucker punch
that rally started when price broke out above 0.94 (2 doji's and 4 big green candles to 1.25)
Macd is back below Zero again ! the 4hr chart shows a better picture

Perfect time for newbie. Get a good stockbroker for good transactions but don't trust any broker for decision making. If you follow this thread you'll see very good recommendations of stocks to buy now. Remember not to be controlled by greed when making a sell decision

Good evening Sir, please can you recommend a good stockbroker or advisor?? thank you

Are you a learner?

what is the cost of funds now?

how much do you think people lend in the retail end?

Give me just $1M of your money at 20% per annum and see the wonders i would do with it for you in one year!

I think I will have to agree with Peterrichy on this one. Oga Feelamong, this is desperation on the part of the bank. How much do other banks raise their own funds? I mean GTB, Access, First Bank and Zenith.

Access bank recently raised N35B funds via CPs ....

They actually matched the 18% discounted rate as is being offered by FGN in the treasury bills in this offer

did anyone say they were desperate?
