Honestly, Mr. market is just unpredictable...How would you explain the bull ride on Mobil after release of result and bear attack on Total? Despite a better and quality earning of the later than the former...Isokay

#I tire for this market

Who is bull riding Mobil? Lost 5% already.
Although their result was not bad either. But understand that people will buy stock of their preferred company, irrespective of their competitors performance.

Another late filing like last year.

This Bank should be delisted from the NSE.

I knew this will happen to FCMB.

Panic selling/buying is dangerous in trading.

Any other ideas beyond the dividend declared on why Total has been falling ? Is there something I should be wary of in Total? House please your comments would be appreciated

It is not a norm for price of oil & gas companies to fall after declaring good results. We should try and understand the basics. There are many factors that can lead to this... Firstly, if price has been rising and favourable dividend is declared & many investors bought the same stock at a lower price, then, we should expect those "smart investors" to anticipate that many people will want to buy in order to enjoy dividend. Invariably, they will drive the price down... However, if the economy outlook is good, you might get investors that want to hold the stock for a long period & when results are declared, nobody will want to sell & the price will continue to rise...

I don't know where you chipped your figures from but if at all I do TB of 2m.

So you now expect me tell others to put their own 2m in NSE when I know the market will terribly underperform this year
What am traying to tell you is that, why do you put the money in NSE (trancorp)? why not Forex,FGN savings bond or dollar?
