At the closing price of yesterday, access diamond bank deal no longer worth 3.15, but N2.51k.

If you multiple 2 access bank shares with 5.30 and divide by 7 diamond shares it will give you 1.51 and add the N1 consideration, it will give you N2.51k.

((2*5.3)/7)+1=2.51.

On the bolded, I concur !!

But I think its best at this stage to FOCUS more on what their prices should be relative to each other(which is where am looking at) ...that should naturally give u a better guide on how to strategically position urself in line with ur investment goals.
That question might be a bit too early to ask. It should make more sense to worry about it towards the tail end of the deal.
U may likely miss out on ur set out target if u have to pay too much attention to that ur question now.
In cases like this, its best to adopt a short term view at an early stage. ...and if that is the case, one should concern themselves more with their relative values.
