Good Morning, Please does anyone here have experience dealing with first registrars? They sent me an sms requesting for my CHN and stockbroker so that they can credit my stanbicibtc bonus shares to my cscs account. I sent them an email with the information and I have not received any response for 3 days now and they don't seem to pick any calls as I have spent over 1 hour on hold.
