My present management are quite aware of our security appliance which needs upgrade and license renewal. the implications of not doing this timely has been communicated and even escalated. To estimate annual EPS for his growth formula, he simply takes the EPS of the best quarter and multiplies it by four. Then, he multiplies that number by another four to account for his projected growth. I'm just explaining this approach, not endorsing it as right or wrong.
