Once in a while, madness descends upon the market. That's exactly what happened this week following the MPC policy announcement. Imagine UBA, with a projected EPS of 15 naira, at under 30! |

For quite sometime now, it has been the banks dictating the direction of the market. When bank stock goes up, all other stocks follow same direction and vice versa. Therefore, all eyes should be on the direction of bank stock. This information is mainly for those in the market for short term gain. Long termer can relax. 2 Likes |

Locotrader:Truly, nobody can time the market.....In January, i rebalanced my portfolio and decided to dedicate 10% of it to Champion. When i started buying Champion this February, my projection timeline for profit was 2024/2025......... I was prepared to even wait into 2026; but Alas!!!! Christmas came early.......... Locotrader, come with all the wheelbarrows in your house 5 Likes

2zona: Heineken can't exit champion at less than #10. We minority shareholders with only 3.5% can't sell below 12. I will prefer Enjoycorp to buy us at a #20 or we ride the company with them. Champion is locked. No room for entry now. Loco and those who heard my call are enjoying our ride now though I am 4% down at current price but no whala .Next week will be green all round 2 Likes |

Locotrader:My findings is that Heineken BV strategically kept ChampionBrew small.......Instead of allowing ChampionBrew launch new products, grow and become a competitor to NB, it used ChampionBrew for contract brewing and as a tool to checkmate Guinness and other brewers. With Heineken out of the way, ChampionBrew is free to fight for market share from NB, Guinness and Interbrew. I see ChampionBrew regaining a stronghold in its region with the launch of new products. EnjoyCorp must raise the value of ChampionBrew if they must make a profit. 2 Likes |
