I give it to Igbo people generally. They are:-

(1) Industrious (hustling and bustling in the rain and shine)
(2) Courageous (they tread where others dread)
(3) Hospitable (especially in Igboland particularly Owerri and its environ. For the avoidance of doubt, ask Corpers who served there).
(4) Swagger (perhaps that is what attracts hate to them)

Following closely are the Ibibio people of Akwa Ibom State. Mind you, I don't mean all Akwa-Ibomites. (Annang people are totally excluded)

Most Of My Relatives Do Inter-Tribal Marriages And I Don't Plan To Base My Marriage On A Particular Tribe Too. Since I've Lived In Different Parts Of The Country, I'd Say Every Nigerian Tribe Is Beautiful. Only Our Individual Psych Differs.
I've Had The Opportunity Of Having Acquaintances From Different Tribes Both Local And International But I Must Confess I'm Currently Digging These Fulani Babes. Dem Fine Die And Cool-Headed Too

i like educated yorubas, they r most cultured , the most progressive, self conscious and eloquent. BUT yourbas are also the most self-rightous sets of people in this planet.
Igbos and the rest of the south- the most well built - an average igbo guy is a mini -arnold, athletic bunch of homo sapiens, the will forever dominate our sports. They also have hottest chicks maybe cause their skinn tone is ligher, dem sha fine pass yoruba girls.
Northeners- the only thing hausas are good for is tomato, onion and bean cultivation and suya.

i be yoruba and i love yorubas...but d other tribe i really like in Nigeria are the Uhrobos(spelling?)of Delta State...very accommodating and carefree..

The Igbos of course; for their doggedness, courage, enterprising spirit in business, lion-heartedness, beauty (their females, smashingly beautiful ), never say die spirit, their spirits of brotherhood (alaba, abiriba connections etc) and most importantly mindful of their businesses! I give it up to the Igbos!!!

To be sincere the best is the yoruba ethnic, the are very accomodative and tolerant . If it were the Igbo's who owns Lagos i'm sure they would'nt allow other tribes populate it this way, as a yoruba man try live or school in the eastern part you will understand what i'm saying.

personally i like the individual not his tribe or family. So none, plus each have their bad and good parts.
in an igbo person-i adore their hospitality towards visitors and tenacious spirit
in a yoruba person- i adore their treatment of the old, the respect atoned to their elders, and their yearning for advancement.
in an hausa person - i adore his sense of religion and truth
in an edo person- i adore their non -shameful way of borrowing
in a fulani person - i adore their safe guarding of self, and how most of them look alike..lol
in a tiv- i adore their story telling ways
in an efik- i adore their need for humility
BASICALLY MY WHOLE IDEA IS THERE IS SOMETHING TO LIKE IN EVERYONE!!!

I don't think I have any favourite tribe. I believe its not about your tribe, its about your environment. I love all tribes. Its about your personality, not tribe.

I Love Igbos most which is my tribe followed by Fulani for the obvious reasons
