That's not how to know those who know about rap. Last July when I was serving in Benue I met a lot of dudes like that. A lot of them do not even know what a Metaphor is.

He's got to know the tools at least averagely. It's just like saying that because I listen to RnB and has followed it from time immemorial I know RnB. Such knowledge doesn't accommodate the knowledge of how RnB operates. Because you love to read anything doesn't mean you understand it. When I first read W.S Madmen and Specialist I didn't understand a thing but I kept coming back because of the diction.
