Ikeja Hotel Dividend received on 31st July and I didn't submit E-dividend mandate. I believe their Regitrars Greenwich used my Bank details with my Stockbroker through which I bought the shares even though I already have an active mandated E-divided for ECOBANK with the same Registrars for another Bank.
I wish other Regitrars do same to reduce stress for Shareholders, my Gtb Dividends have been hanging for so long, done everything they asked and got tired jor.

Thank you for your repeated calls, and pointers to some Penny Stocks here.

I personally have gained a lot of knowledge from reading lots of posts. And I have also been making losses too just as I book profit from impatient and lack of emotional control which I am learning to master little by little even on a personal front, stocks trading have helped exposed that weakness in me.

Am also interested to know the outcome. Because even before Subsidy remover sef and the Court Ordered Meeting, Minority Shareholders rejected the amount Ardova is offering to buy them out. They are saying they won't take nothing less than N66 per unit share, same amount Ardova Plc paid per share to acquire Forte Oil. Some of Mini-Shareholders are writing protest Letter to Security & Exchange Commission (SEC).

Was surprised with the PRESCO N1.0 interim dividend due 19th. Will pencil buying more for the long term. This is my best performing stock over the last 15 Years delivering over x10 return in the period. And it was never one of those stocks marketed by stockbrokers.

PRESCO is really giving OKOMUOil a good run. Both are good dividend stocks to have in portfolio if one can.

i bought some myself when some people I read their opinion here mentioned it, I even planned to buy more today but went for Wapco instead. I will hold becos their report is good, they have the cash to propose good offer if it gets there and the future looks good. This is strictly my strategy.

It should be to facilitate more growth and expansion or to purchase more assets especially as their business is seasonal. Borrowing more to have more back-uo funds to cover preparation for peak periods will take pressure away from working capital. Or it may be part of a secured and balanced financial strategy to encourage financial discipline, efficiency, as well as reduce waste instead of having all these excess cash floating around without debt obligations. And also well managed low cost loans will improve the business stability and competiveness leading to more profits. Bottom line is they should have very good reason for taking more loans. My opinion.

My dear the report is truly very good and they want all these goodies just for them alone hence delisting? I can't believe a stock selling for less than 0.50k has almost half a billion naira in cash or Oxygen as one Chief here will call it, he pointed it out and you guys highlighted it. And the delisting process I believe will be till next year according to their letter, the Shareholders meeting to approve, SEC and NSE approvals and then 3 Months minimum notice will get towards first quarter of next year.

My KYC is updated. I asked Morgan reason so as to avoid a next time, they got no reason from CSCS other than a system thing, so they said.
Tomorrow should be good hopefully.

This CSCS system glitch on few trading accounts today is not ok at all, even MorganCapital said their Company trading a/c is suspended too. Hopefully it should be sorted out today so we can trade tomorrow.
