This id has been used severally to either instigate, promote and fuel bigotry and supremacy/inferiority of one Igbo state versus the other.

It is the opinion of the electoral officer that a man cannot be separated from his mind. Mad Cow and Okija_juju are the activities emanating from the mind of one man. Okija_juju earlier in this thread renounced his activity as Mad Cow, but it is too little too late.
