can one live without sex?can one abstain from sex?if so how,cos this is an urge created by God during adam and eve,and its not easy cos we all inherited it,and believe there is nothing as sweet as it is?im i right or wrong about the sweetness of sex?any useful advise on abstainance would be appreciated

I think my sex drive is on the higher end of the spectrum but I'm abstaining.

Sex tends to cloud the mind. I rather have a clearer head at this point in my life.
