i dnt think thats the reason for d delay, remember NDA admits RC every year nd military secretary also training SSC every year, both hv their screening nd training at NDA, y was there no delay last year eventhough both RC nd SSC had screening nd training at NDA?

Guy, that's not a civilised nor polite way of correcting someone.No man born of a woman is infallible for crying out loud.
