Was in a discussion recently with some friends, and the bone of contention was the "general idea of what a romantic person is", It seemed like different strokes for different folks.

I guess there some titles that will never be out of vogue. Proof that the true answer is an elusive one. cool

For me, a romantic person is someone who prove to you beyond doubt, that the relationship has meaning and substance. Anything other than that is just fickle and for a time only (not that that is a bad thing for playas though)

If you think about it, it cover all the "he's a listener, caring, understanding,[insert yours here]" and whatever "paper qualities" that men have been raised up to smash (bad boys) and then trained to uphold (later on) at some point in their lives respectively.

A romantic person is some body that goes to any extent to show or prove the love he has for a person .
He is a person that goes beyond the ordinary to express love . Usually suc a person does not care how any other person feels .i believe being romantic is a God Given Gift . If u are,U are and if u are not , u are not.

If i tell the poster my own meaning of romantic, he may or may not disagree. why? because each person holds their own key to what romantic is. what you find romantic in one person, might not be found romantic in another. Romantic is what you find favorable/ interesting/loving in that person. romantic can be humorous, can be serious, can be annoying, can be anything. it's also depends on how the spouse expresses how "romantic" he/she is
