Apart from work where we have usa ip network, i usually access my paypal through my mobile phone and tablet using the operamini browser. i wanted to even try opening and accessing paypal via Nigerian ip as some people claim but when i first tried checking which country paypal shows by default on their registration page when i used Nigerian ip address, one network shows Cyprus while my second Nigerian connection showed usa by default. So i did not proceed to open the paypal account yet. the two networks i tried are swift and coollink yahclick.

Note that it seems PayPal won't accept the same bank account again once you've added initially and it had such error.Aside that,I observe that Payoneer is having problem with the First Century bank they were using before as they gave a client of mine who has initially verified his USA Bank account as required by payoneer with the tips I gave to him another USA Bank details[b](Bank of America)[/b] telling him to be using that one instead of the previous one.

They no longer kind of support USA bank account from Payoneer but they still support their UK, Canada etc bank accounts
