Hizbollah is not a terrorist organisation except in Isreal !!! Just like Boko haram was not officially designated as a Terrorist Organisation until last week with the attendant implication that all those who were arrested in connection with boko haram activities before last week proclamation by GEJ cannot be tried under the Terrorism Prevention Act of 2011, same reason would make anyone arrested in connection with Hisbollah not tried for terrorism.
