note; u must chuz ur pasword ursef, shuld b a 4 digit pin u cn remember easily... And finaly pls kee ur pasword safe...tnx

Not true. @mrdrizzy, call 180. If u answer the security questions correctly, you'll be unblocked and a new pin sent to you.

@ Jide, I have not been able to subscribe to MTN hourly surf since morning. Why? Message to 131 has been failing.

Rexyl: I always receive so many info messages from cell broadcast messages, and this has taken its toll on my phone battery. Pls help me stop the message on 08062855568.

Also, MTN compensated me with 1000mb last week Friday probably as a compensation for 3gb BIS I subscribed for some months back, to browse on my android phone but which was blocked without any apology from the company. The painful thing is that the free ‘mb‘ was removed the night I discover the offer. Pls I would like you to restore it for thought of having confidence in MTN once again.

I wonder if there is any MTN representative here; he or she should not have been clueless to reply me since...

So, MTN zone is now charged at 20k/s. The call rate has now been fixed at 20k/s, it doesnt fluctuate any more. Am porting to GLO (GLO infinito)

I got a notification that the number 33073 had received "my" message and N50 was deducted from my acct. The sms notification i got afterward read: "Thank you for using our service.vsfil.ytsix" Pls i didnt send any msg to 33073. This same problem happened some months ago& you resolved it here. Please I have not been able to recharge my phone and check my account balance, they are always telling me that the request I made is unavailable that I should please load airtime with VTU or call 180, I have not tried vtu but when I use 180, when it gets to the point of telling me my account balance or recharge is successful, it will just mute and another voice will take over.
