I've seen a few small aircrafts being made, they make it look easy, the electronics for this aircraft is not so complicated, just do your CAD very well and get steel work fabricators to work on the frame, then with a few cases of beer, you can get your friends to work on the project.


Just make sure your wife knows about all your life cover policies before you fly.

Quickest way is to look at the stock. SADF soldiers were bigger than the IDF boys ,so they changed the length of pull on the R4. That's why the divider in the stock looks different.

From pics and some google search it dont look like production line . maybe maintenance and overhaul facility for the 200 T72 tanks from 2011 contract with ukranian Ukrspetsexport .

imported raw steel from what I gathered, but they use local machining tools to wield steel for different parts required for final assembly. Parts that are 100% made locally re tires,Batteries,body works.... Basically the same thing we do in Kenya with private cars and public transport vehicles. But as you know you have to start from somewhere, when they started, every single part was imported,they just did the final Assembly.

It's not about the technical competence , but about the hassle involving stupid bureaucrats and the red tape associated with getting flight clearance etc.

And if I had a wife I would make her the test pilot
