The agents and apostle of doom who have been on the mountain all this while praying and wishing that APC doesn't get it right at the primaries can now come down as God has turned their ahitophel's counsel to nought!

See how politics is being played o! grin grin Common-sense, negotiation, commitments, compromise ONLY for the purpose of the benefit of the people, the society and the future of THE PEOPLE ONLY! It is up to Ananmbra to come up too speed with Ngige or remain narrow minded and parochial while we move on and open bigger leads on the entire SE part of the country!

Exactly..common sense, reality and pragmatism I believe guided Sen Annie Okonkwo's decision 2 let go for someone who stands a greater chance than he rather than play the spoiler role. His labour of love and sacrifice will surely be compensated before long

Nice one...In as much as i'm tipping Soludo for that seat, i think Ngige is the only person that can win it for APC. He's even more popular than Soludo in Anambra but what could work for Soludo is the platform that he will be running under(assuming APGA clears him).

Good news.

This is how Politics should be. No room for bickering, strife or political wranglings. What is most paramount that progressive development comes to the good people of Anambra. Whether through Ngige or Okonkwo, what should be most fundamental is that the people should know a change is in the air.

Good move by Okonkwo. APC is really setting the pace and standard for a new and better Nigeria.

Perphaps Annie has realized the party is unsellable in Anambra. We await Ngige too to realize it after the elections

REHOZIBAH: The agents and apostle of doom who have been on the mountain all this while praying and wishing that APC doesn't get it right at the primaries can now come down as God has turned their ahitophel's counsel to nought!

You are an intelligent person so never pay attention to those people who are essentially desperate Pirates of a drowning ship. As John Oyegun stated, those who come to the APC from elsewhere will have to abide with an innate culture of doing things without rancour and divisive grandstanding.

There will surely be disagreement that will even be serious as is the case with established Parties worldwide let alone a newly formed Party merging many different personalities. Ultimately the APC, because of the innate leanings of those who constitute its central character, will pragmatically make members understand the spirit of deferring to what is best for the Party and for Nigeria. Like John Kufour of Ghana stated to spite Nigeria and the legacy the PDP bestowed upon us, "Politics in Ghana is not do or die". So too Politics in the APC is not "do or die".

To that end, I will always expect common sense and reasonable behaviour to carry the day and ensure relative togetherness going forward. Unlike what obtains in the "Nest of killers" that host "do or die" adherents not willing to compromise for anything or anyone. This point has been many times but supporters of the PDP cannot be truthful with themselves so those of us sure of what we are saying will simply wait for reality to prove us right, time and time again, and disgrace the utterances and pointlessly premature celebration of jobbers like Okupe and Insincere9gerian.

What say Insincere9gerian now when he was dancing around unclad recently over the rancour he insisted existed between Okonkwo and Ngige? " We dey laff".

The APC will always disgrace those who make doom and gloom prediction for it because it is a Party where good guys are in the majority regardless of the lies mischief-makers tell.

BTw where is the internal democracy in the so called progressive APC. why are Democratic primary elections alien to APC. If its not a grand owner imposing candidates, its a group of cabals reaching an agreement among themselves

What sayest thou? Someone says he is back-tracking in the spirit of togetherness yet people like you just wish he should fight to death. What is the essence of having a rancorous primaries when the opponent has conceeded victory...mind u they are still gonna have an affirmation to legitimize whoever that emerges as the flag bearer. Sorry things aint working according to your predictions...wherein you expected a tsunami, typhoon, earthquake and monsoon rooled in one
