Illiterate, they conduct primaries only when there is or are challengers for the same positions, not when there are no primary challengers. Right now in ANAMBRA under APC, there is no need for any primaries because one of the candidates willingly pulled out for the best and strongest candidate so there is absolutely no need for any primaries unless you want the primary to be between Ngige and Ngige.....
