It was my sec sch project in our time. Ours had a 23km range but not approve for test launch for reasons not given. May be justified, but basic rocket science is simple tech assembly whic can be used adversely. We should encourag d boys to focus on aerodynamics relating to aircraft making and helicopers,because once u mak a unmanned rockt nx is using it as delivery sys for long distance booms!booms!
