I like that. And I'd say D'banj got me into Afrobeats. His "Suddenly" tune is still my all time favourite. But DaGrin put a smile on my face!

The guy basically crossed-over and put afrobeats on the world map. That tune was top-10 in more than 5 European countries. I still remember how everyone (all races of people) went nuts when "Oliver Twist" was played at the Nottinghill carnival this year. However, rather than celebrate that - trust the average Nigerian to run with ethnic/tribal bias.
