Since ASUU have been consulting with the federal government to see if they would reopen the schools while not EBSU consult with the student union or representatives to know if it will be convenient for them to resume this year. if you are a lecturer, and your school management orders you back to work, you can continue to strike, hope ASUU will employ you afterwards, you need to even know the kind of hustling involved to even get a graduate assistant position, let alone a lecturer.

They have produced more qualified medical doctors than any other school I know

Was this meant to be a joke? Than ABU, UI, OAU, UNILORIN, UNIBEN, UJ, UNILAG? Or you don't know all the schools i've mentioned? Na wa for some people for this Nairaland. Even the EBSU med students(of which I'm sure u're not one) can't say that.

All these state universities that joined the strike sef are just unserious. It's not compulsory for states to have universities. The state govts should fund the universities they set up(to score political points) and not place unnecessary burden on the FG.
