It baffles me that some people here are so brainwashed to believe anything as long as it is to dent the image of Ngige or APC. Assuming this was true, no person will come out to tell anyone that he borrowed to finance and election and now confused about how to repay.

I think elections should be two stages. The first stage, would qualify the top two vote getters and have them be the only contestants in the final stage.
