Nope they are not blood related.  It may be strange since they will have the same blood relations.
Many Muslims marry first cousins which IS blood relation.

As for me, I do not see nothing wrong marring Cousin's cousin at all! Because there is no blood relationship between them. Welther in China or here in Nigeria. If you think it is wrong, you will need to rethink again. Know who your cousin's cousin are and then think if they can love or marry.
