I don't think it stopped coz of change of VC.. he came into office 2 sessions ago and d screening was done den... last session, it wasn't coz they were trying to rush tins and compact everytin.. d purpose of s screening is to verify ur results and certificates and to check d conduct of those they'll b admitting...
