Did you guys really expect Arsenal to pick up anything this year. Well,I did not! This year premiership ios obviously a race bw Chelsea and Man U. Jose Mo have really built a  very strong team, however it remains to be seen how strong they will be when Mo leaves .As for Alex he has continued to surprise me.Last two seasons I thot that Man U was going down a reclining curve but just when you r begining to write off Fergie he comes back strongly putting together a formidable team with reliable tactics.He is really the old and wily fox they call him

If I did not say it to your hearing, does that mean I have not said it. Anyway,if u can go back to the post you will see that I said EXPECT which definitely could be wrong or right.that I expected them not to do so well this year does not mean that they will not do well. Actually,I did not even expect them to do so well in Europe last year but they proved me wrong! However,I still had that feeling that there was something fundamentally lacking in that team.Great players,Good ball jugglers, Good manager but then an important part is missing.I do not know exactly what is missing,because if I did, then I should become a coach like Mo earning big bucks. I tend to speculate that they may be lacking a leader whom the other players will be looking up to.A player who is not too fanciful but adds a lot of steel and grit to the midfield.
The quip about kicking a man as if he would not rise up again does not surface here.Cos I have not said that they will not rise again.Arsenal under Arsene has and is still a great team that plays football the way it should be played.Over the years he has been able to blend his kind of players with his sort of tactics.However,this year, a real important part of the puzzle is missing and I bet you he is trying to figure it out!Once he gets it I believe Arsenal will come back to the days when they went long stretches of matches without defeat.However,the time to do that kind of tinkering is definitely not in the middle of a league such as the EPL.So that is why I am putting off their rejuvenation till next season!
