Good morning everyone, The first point reminded me of my brother's wedding some years ago, I was dragged there, I hide myself in d car till d end of d event. I didn't feature in d pics or video.
I was later questioned when d videos were played that why didn't d camera picked me? I Just smiled then they understood.

This is a very true introvert. 100% indeed. I have read about a lot of introverts who take alcohol to boost their confidence but trust me, its only a temporary solution. It takes time, gradual practice and self-acceptance to be relaxed.

So whenever you take alcohol which i will say is an enhancer/booster, you have this great feeling of audacity to confront anybody or saying anything. Right? I'm not trying to be judgemental here as this is a support group because i believe there are introverts out there facing this dilemma. Do you have self esteem issues and do you feel you can abstain from alcohol intake?

I think a ever smiling face and great personality will help. Introversion does not mean we can't talk to people, it's just that we love it more to keep to ourselves.

My job is an ideal Introvert job. But may likely shift to one that will involve human interaction for sometime.

So, I have a brief question. Does it ever happen to you that sometimes you don't feel like talking to anyone, you don't take calls, you don't reply messages, you just ignore everyone? I go through this phase sometimes, but it never lasts as long as I'm having it now. This is the seventh day.
I'm not depressed or sad or anything, but the thought of actually talking to someone irritates me or seems like a chore. I know it's a bad habit as people may have been trying to reach me to no avail but I can't just help it. Does anyone else experience this? How do I break this habit? Does it have anything to do with being a recluse?
