First off, there is no record or statement as to the racial characteristics of Adam and Eve.

Secondly, as the fountain head of humanity they would have not been recognisable as expressing any particular racial characteristics as they are the very beginning and would therefore carry the seeds of all racial characteristics in expression today. In other words if you had met Adam and Eve you'll be unable to tell where or what race they are from.

Finally, the pictures and drawings of Adam and Eve are not in anyway depictions of reality, merely expressions of the artist as inspired by the creation account. Therefore anybody can paint Adam and Eve as Negroid or Caucasian or Asiatic and all will still be wrong.

You don't have to necessarily forget about "God" so to say, but you have to be willing to accept that God gave us brains to be creative and realise that human beings are a progressive and adaptable species.
