Little advice for ielts don't do CBT if u are not used to computer test. Don't chew more than you can eat during your practice I.e give yourself reasonable time before taking it. practice well and be confident. Its not as hard as feared. Time yourself during practice

Please what type of IELTS is required. The person want to get health care job there. Then when she gets there she will work and apply for her masters. If she takes general to go UK and work, when she want to sch, Wil they tell her to rewrite IELTS for academics?

Go to their nearest centre or make use of idp/mod ielts. Its not a must to use british council. I used idp for mine. They are all accepted worldwide

Ok first of let me say this it's different strokes for difficult folks
Some people spend alot of time studying while some prepare under a week

Personally I didn't have time to study for a long period and I didn't have funds to pay for classes
I prepared under the space of a week because I had to get it done as soon as possible
So I studied with the e2 IELTS YouTube channel ( they have great content) and I took tips from some other channels which I can't remember but basically I used e2 IELTS
I also took a free mock test from their channel it's a 5hour long video of what the test looks like I think that helped me alot
I got 6.5 which is not to high compared to some people's results but basically you need to get a 6 so I guess 6.5 is good too
Uhmm.. generally you should focus more on the reading it's most difficult...the listening should be the easiest... try not to loose focus even if you skipped a question already (basically study with e2 you'll get all this there)
Then if you can afford it you can pay for more classes just to make sure you're fully prepared and you pass it once
That was it for me. I'm open to any other questions as regards my experience

Can someone please help me with the current cost of the "IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration (Academic and General Training)" and is there any specific date for taking the test? Is there a location in Abuja for training/Test? Would the test be written in a physical location? Thank you so much.

Can I combine the 2 as I am confused if it is still within six months. Please I need your help
Re: IELTS: Share Your Experience, Ask Your Questions, Tell Us Your Score If You Can. by Samoluv(m): 4:21pm On Feb 25, 2022
Its quite different from WAEC and NECO or GCE that's why u have to be at ur best why taking it. You can't combine them, thats just the simple answer. Meanwhile, in some RARE cases and you must score at least 6.5 bandscore and above overall in order to be considered and must be within 6months of each other...
