The septic tank is at the front of the house while the borehole is at the back.

Knowing the depth of the borehole would have given me the opportunity to know if it is shallow or not, because shallow borehole is prone to underground water contamination, and the contaminant could be from any source at all other than the septic tank. One of the solutions is to install a water treatment plant in other to remove all the impurities as well as the odour. You may equally consider drilling another borehole. Thanks a million.

Good morning my brother, before we jump into conclusion, I want you to get an electrician to look at the panel of the submersible pump, let's be sure everything is fine from that end because sometimes it could be faulty and it will affect the submersible pump from functioning properly. Please, kindly do that and get back to me, let him concentrate on the capacitor. Thanks a lot.

Thanks so much sirI have gotten the electrician and a wire was bad. It pumped water for like 10 minutes again and stoped,I changed the pumping machine to 1.5 horse power from 0.5,the meter of the borehole is 90..
I will be waiting for your as we will be going there tomorrow again.
