Just say hi. and tell her she seems like a nice person and you'll like to know more about her. I'm not really good at approaching women either but like other posters have advised you, you got to do what you got to do. The worst thing you'll get is a rejection and the good thing about that is you can always learn something from the rejection that'll help you perform better in your next encounter.
