I have observed that some people decide to get married in order to cure loneliness. I am sorry to burst it, there are married people that are still lonely together.

Before you choose to spend the rest of your life with someone, it is important that you already enjoy your own company; the person end up being a complement of you. Even in marriage, there are times when your mate wants to be left alone.

Everyone needs to have specific interests and a solution to cure their own loneliness. Know this for sure, you can not make someone do anything, you can only decide what you'll do and how you'll respond to a situation.

If you choose to marry, it is a great thing. If you choose to remain single, you have committed no wrong, although, you'll have to contend with your African parents that might not be happy with you.

Yeah! Marriage won't cure loneliness especially if that is the reason you got married.

Depends on who you marry....

I know some folks say for the kids. I don't even know how I feel about kids. I do not have one of my own, yet, but I enjoy playing with kids of other people.

25?... That's not right.. It's the girls that pressurize theirselves to get married... Imagine a friend of mine posted on facebook that she attended a wedding and was just imagining how her's will be?... I'm a guy, I kinda hate the way our (Nigerian) girls view/approach marriage.
