Hi all, seeking opinions. I'm currently employed with an FMCG company on the mainland, and I'll be completing my 3rd month as of March 31st, 2026. Despite being proactive in learning on the job (as there was no formal training provided upon my resumption), my output hasn't apparently met the GM's expectations. As a result, I was transferred from a branch I headed on the island to the head office late last month (February) for retraining, with the intention of sending me back to my former branch. Surprisingly, this evening my line manager called and gave me a referral number, informing me that I should call a friend of his in another company for a similar role. I'm unsure how to interpret this development - is it a sign that the company is preparing to let me go, or a genuine referral? Given the current economic climate, I'm anxious about potentially losing my job. Or should I resign honourably and seek alternative myself Would appreciate your thoughts and guidance on this matter. |

Work minister Umahi, Akpabio and Ribadu that visited fubara that made APC national chairman endorsed fubara for second term are not all in good term with Wike. Tinubu want to handover to Ribadu come 2031. With Wike eyeing VP slot , Ribadu can't work with him. He mocked Umahi when he defected to APC. They all want to tender him unpopular in Tinubu's government by aligning with Fubrara. Wike will work against Tinubu come 2027 but the effect will be visible in the election result |

A realistic appraisal of Nigeria’s current political environment shows a rapidly shifting balance of power within the opposition bloc. The All Progressives Congress (APC), leveraging the political influence and strategic manoeuvring of Nyesom Wike, has significantly weakened the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). A similar trend of internal destabilisation has affected the Labour Party, leaving it structurally fragile and politically disoriented. Simultaneously, Rabiu Kwankwaso and the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP)—a party whose political strength is heavily concentrated in Kano—appear to be navigating toward an alignment with the APC. If this trajectory continues, it further constricts the opposition space. At present, the Action Democratic Congress (ADC) stands out as one of the few viable platforms with the structural potential to serve as a credible opposition vehicle ahead of the 2027 elections. A central strategic question arises: Is Peter Obi positioned to secure the ADC presidential nomination? Current political indicators suggest this is uncertain. Several considerations follow: Is he prepared to engage in a formal coalition or alliance-building effort? Would his political base endorse such a compromise, or might the opposition landscape once again become fragmented—benefiting the incumbent establishment by dispersing critical votes? Given his history of last-minute party shifts to secure presidential tickets, will he remain within the ADC framework if he fails to clinch the nomination or is offered a deputy slot instead? While Obi won a significant share of the southern vote in the 2023 elections, the electoral dynamics ahead of 2027 have evolved. His limited penetration in the northern geopolitical zones remains a strategic vulnerability that any opposition configuration must address. A potential alliance with Atiku Abubakar or whoever emerges as the ADC’s presidential flagbearer could reshape the competitiveness of the opposition front. Many analysts argue that Nigeria’s trajectory under the current administration—marked by policy uncertainty and governance inconsistencies—necessitates a stronger, more coherent opposition bloc to ensure democratic balance and accountability. Strategic thinking, rather than sentiment-driven politics, will be essential to reshaping the national political narrative before the next electoral cycle. A Zimbabwean proverb captures the moment well: “He who carries his mother-in-law on his back across a river must have the courage to steady her by the waist.” In other words, confronting the realities of Nigeria’s political landscape will require courage, clarity, and strategic resolve from all actors involved. |
Only if we are ready to face the political reality on ground. The All progressive Congress(APC) through their contracted political bouncer-Wike has killed the peoples Democratic party(PDP). The same applies to the Labour party. Kwankwaso with his Kano party-NNPP is heading to the APC. The only opposition left at this point is the Action Democratic Congress(ADC). The question now is: will peter obi get the ticket? Answer? Not likely!!! Is he ready to go into alliance ? Will his supporters buy that idea or to divide the vote again come 2027 to allow the principality to continue from that rock? From his political history, he has always been handed over party tickets. And when he senses a defeat , he will start looking for any mushroom party for the ticket. Politics is a process which requires a political party to conduct valid primaries .Will he remain in ADC-though not yet officially a member if he lost the ticket and deputized ? Peter should deputize. Yes, he won majority of the southern vote 2023 but the indices have changed greatly ! He got a meager percentage of votes from the north. Let him work with Atiku or whoever win the ADC presidential ticket. We should not allow this clueless, directionles government to continue come 2027! Our voice must be heard through the ballot. Set sentiment aside ! Let's support any strong opposition. Courage ! Courage!! Courage!!! I will conclude with this Zimbabwean proverb: He who carries his mother-in-law on his back across a river must be courageous enough to touch her buttock Good morning |
Politics goes beyond cross-carpeting indded..bulaba could learn a new political strategy of the Northerners soonest ... |

MISTAKES FOOLISH MEN MAKE Some men think they are wise, but their foolishness is louder than a generator at 2 AM. They spend on random women, ignore their families, and behave like big boys until reality humbles them. If you want a peaceful and successful life, avoid these 15 foolish mistakes: 1. YOU FEED STRANGERS, BUT YOUR FAMILY IS HUNGRY Your wife asks for money to cook, you say “manage things.” Your children need new shoes, you tell them “things are tough.” But when a slay queen sends “Hey baby, I’m craving pizza”, you’re already on your way to Domino’s like a delivery man. 🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Your own family is suffering, but you’re feeding someone who is only with you because of your money. Who really needs deliverance here? 2. YOU ENJOY LIFE OUTSIDE, BUT YOUR HOME IS A WAR ZONE You’re “outside” every weekend, drinking, dancing, calling yourself “big man”, while your wife is at home, thinking about how to pay rent and feed the kids. 🚨 REALITY CHECK: One day, you’ll return home broke, and the woman you abandoned will be the only one standing by you. By then, it might be too late. 3. YOU’RE INVESTING IN SOMEONE ELSE’S WIFE You think you’re helping a “babe” grow by sending her money? She’s just waiting for a serious man to marry her. You’re paying her bills, sponsoring her hair, nails, and data. But when she’s ready to settle down, she will marry another man. 🚨 CONGRATULATIONS IN ADVANCE: You just built up another man’s wife. Hope you’ll attend the wedding! 😂 4. YOU THINK ASHAWO LOVES YOU – NO, SHE LOVES YOUR WALLET She calls you “baby” because you’re spending money, not because she actually cares. 🚨 WAKE UP! The moment you go broke, she will disappear faster than free WiFi in a crowded area. Oga, you’re not her type – your money is! 5. YOU’RE A BIG MAN OUTSIDE, BUT BROKE IN YOUR OWN HOUSE Outside, you’re a chairman. Inside, you’re a charity case. Your friends see you drinking expensive whiskey, but your children are drinking garri with no sugar. 🚨 EVEN YOUR ANCESTORS ARE SHOCKED. Fix your priorities before life resets you. 6. YOU SMOKE, DRINK, GAMBLE, BUT CAN’T PAY SCHOOL FEES Every weekend, you spend ₦50k on smoking and drinking, but when school fees arrive, you start telling your wife “times are hard.” Oga, times are not hard, you are just stupid. Instead of investing in your children, you’re investing in alcohol. 🚨 REALITY WILL HUMBLE YOU. The same children you abandoned will be the ones to abandon you in old age. 7. YOU’RE CHASING GIRLS WHILE YOUR LIFE IS FALLING APART Your mates are building businesses, but you’re building a catalog of side chicks. You know all the girls in town, but you don’t know how to make money. 🚨 BE SERIOUS WITH YOUR LIFE, BRO. Girls will not help you when you’re broke. Focus on success first – the right woman will come. 8. YOU’RE SPENDING MONEY ON A GIRL WHO’S SAVING FOR ANOTHER MAN You send her urgent 2K, she tells you “thanks baby 😍” But the money goes straight into her savings account for her real boyfriend. 🚨 ONE DAY, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND. When she gets married, don’t be surprised if the husband is the same guy you thought was “just a friend.” 9. YOU CALL YOURSELF A “BIG BOY” BUT YOU HAVE NO INVESTMENTS You wear designers, use the latest iPhone, but your account balance is on life support. 🚨 TRUE WEALTH IS SILENT. If your money is only for show, you’ll be broke before you hit 40. 10. YOU’RE COMPETING WITH YOUR MATES WHO HAVE MULTIPLE INCOME SOURCES Your friends invest in real estate, stocks, and businesses, but you’re busy competing over who can pop the most bottles at the club. 🚨 LIFE IS NOT A COMPETITION OF STUPIDITY. If you don’t invest now, you’ll be begging your mates for help later. 11. YOU SLEEP AROUND, BUT EXPECT A FAITHFUL WIFE You cheat with everything in a skirt, but the day you see your wife talking to another man, you become a motivational speaker on loyalty. 🚨 KARMA IS NOT A MYTH. If you want a good woman, be a good man first. 12. YOU KEEP BORROWING TO IMPRESS PEOPLE WHO DON’T CARE You take loans just to live large, but those people you’re impressing won’t help you when you’re in debt. 🚨 STOP LIVING FAKE LIFE. Wealthy men don’t borrow money for luxury – they invest and multiply it. 13. YOU CHOOSE WOMEN BASED ON LOOKS, NOT CHARACTER She’s fine, but does she have sense? She’s sexy, but does she have self-respect? 🚨 A PRETTY FOOL WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE. Choose wisely before you end up with a liability, not a wife. 14. YOU ALLOW WOMEN TO CONTROL YOUR LIFE A woman asks for money, you empty your account. She tells you to stop talking to your friends, you obey like a child. 🚨 BE A MAN, NOT A PUPPET. A woman should complement your life, not control it. 15. YOU NEGLECT YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE You believe in money, women, and vibes, but when problems come, who will fight for you? |
Please someone should #tag Lagos state Governor ooo At least to put an end those greedy street urchins, fraudster and arm rubbers parading as agents in Lagos Especially lekki phase 2 and Epe |
The Delta State born Musician and CEO of Zamar Entertainment traveled to America in late 2021 and slept with a strange lady during his stay over there. The said lady simply known as "African Doll" came forward in early January, 2022 and accused Sammy Okposo of getting her pregnant, she also insisted that she was going to keep the pregnancy. Sammy Okposo was humiliated by the scandal, he tendered a public apology to his wife, and the Christian community. He also suspended himself from his singing ministration till he made resistitution to God. Ten months after the scandal broke out, Sammy Okposo slumped and died. Since his passing over 20 months ago, the strange lady who accused Sammy of impregnating her is yet to announce the birth of her child🤥🤥 She boasted that she was going to keep the pregnancy and it's been over two years, we haven't heard anything from her 😔😔 May his soul keep resting in peace 🕊️ |
SOkin: Is it not a good thing that there are a lot of Presidential materials in that Party (ADC) and they have the best to pick from? Ali Modu Sheriff: Who are the best to pick from? They are about three or so that are looking for the President and see, Atiku has been Vice President of Nigeria, and so for him it's President or nothing. Peter Obi ran under Labour, his ambition is to become the President. For your information, the information available to me, is that any moment from now Peter Obi will go back to the PDP and run as a Presidential Candidate under PDP. So, that leaves former Vice President Atiku and Amaechi. Tell me which State they control. I am asking you, you told me they are heavyweights, tell me the heavyweights and which State they control? Nonsense |

I will not even bother you with long stories. I'm navigating a complex situation regarding an unplanned pregnancy. Despite initial considerations for termination, medical professionals have strongly advised against it due to potential health risks to the mother, given her previous Cesarean section. As a result, I'm faced with the prospect of having another child, which adds to the complexity of our relationship dynamics. The relationship with the mother of my child began in 2022, and while we've had some time to adjust to parenthood, our relationship is still evolving. Furthermore, my relationship with her family is strained, which adds another layer of complexity to our situation. Given the current economic uncertainty, I'm concerned about the financial implications of raising another child. I'm nearing 40, and the mother is 32; we're at different stages in our lives, and I hadn't planned on expanding our family further. I'd appreciate guidance on potential co-parenting arrangements, financial planning strategies, and support systems that could help us navigate this situation. Specifically, I'd like to explore options for ensuring the well-being of both the mother and our children while also addressing my own concerns and responsibilities. Confused right now |
Furnished official residence In addition, the government will provide a fully furnished five-bedroom house, with the location left to the family’s discretion. This benefit ensures that the family has stable housing without having to worry about cost or logistics. Telecommunications support To top it off, the government will also cover the cost of one direct telephone line, which will be paid for entirely by public funds. Conditions and legal limitations It’s important to note that these benefits are legally restricted to Buhari’s widow alone. If she chooses to remarry, all entitlements under the law will cease immediately. This condition is clearly outlined in the Act and applies to all former leaders’ spouses. |
And in your little mind you believe he can't change his mind ? Bwala and Reno as a case study Racheal45: |
All APC votes will be either divided or converted to ADC due to lack of voter education. APC..ADC Major advantage of ADC |
Baba...the problem is, rigging is a good game plan in a country like Nigeria.... And rigging will happen from 2 fronts....1)at the polling boots, where BVAs won't work and live a transmission of result won't happen so that INEC can rig largely at their office under the supervision of state governors like Wike did...... 2)The rest will be settled by the justice department if the rigging is not clean..and u and I know that nigeria's justice department is a separate weapon fashioned against nigerians |
perfect and wise move. Many APC voters will vote for this ADC because the difference is negligible and confusing |
