Yes it happens alot. Do you not watch crime documentaries? It's common with abusive negligent parents. Their child dies at their own hands and they try to pin the death elsewhere. You're right But an autopsy doesn't even need to be done. Experts can look at a dead body and determine what time they died. Then they have to look at the time the injection would have been administered and see if there are consistencies. It's not hard sha, but in Nigeria everything is twisted.
