I av toshiba satellite L10-117 laptop with win xp sp3, i was trying format d hardisk due to virus dat can't let me 2 boot direct xcept in SAFE MODE, weneva i insert any cd or dvd in dvd-rw(matshita uj 830s) it load 4 som secs as if it has seen d cd but wen i clicked on dryve to see d content it shws:plz i nid ur help on dat |

I've tried several cds nd dvds but no show, so i culdn't format my hard dsk frm my dvd-rw, so i dcided 2 get anoda cdrom nd a dvdrom but wen i fixed dem 2 my laptop nd boot in safe mode nd open my computer i kuldn't find d cd drive so as 4 d dvd drive but weneva i insert my own dvd-rw it shows in my computa but cn open it's content, i've tried add hardware, device mgr, e.t.c all shws me my drive is upto date and functioning well.
