Thanks you. Call for civil disobedience is not and can never be a treasonable act, because the act in itself is civillian going against or rebel against government and government institutions who by their activities are anti-civilian. It the last opinion in fighting for a state or nation human right. If the government and her agencies are protecting the civilian rights there can never be civil disobedience.
Maybe the presidency needs to check what civil disobedience mean.

Inasmuch as I don't subscribe to election rigging, civil disobedience is never a decent way to reclaim mandate. The government, inec and police must do all they can to ensure a free, fair and credible election so as to avoid breakdown of law and order.
