husband cares for her. This should be

love me – Everyday:
Telling your wife that you love her
before, during, or after sex doesn’t
count! Make “I love you” part of your
daily language to her.
#4: I hate that I always have to initiate
conversation:
Make it a point to talk to your wife
about your day and hers. It may be
difficult but it’s a part of creating a
team. Why is it so tough for men to

#5: I love romance:
Guys, it’s no good if the only time you
are affectionate is when you want sex!
We need to hold hands, hug, kiss, etc.
on a regular basis or we feel neglected.
This is not groping, mind you! This is a
soft caress, a warm embrace and kiss
on the cheek. A UCLA study found that
women need 8-10 meaningful touches
every day. In fact, 80% of a woman’s
daily need is for nonsexual touching. So
keep those XOXO’s coming!
#6: I love sex – I just need romance
first:
A woman needs to have an emotional
connection with you in order to have
great sex. Men are like microwave
ovens and women are like crock pots.
So do some slow roasting, boys!
#7: I need to be treated like your
partner:
We are conquering life together. We
are a team. We need to be equal in
decision making, budgeting, parenting,
etc. Don’t make me feel inferior, treat
me like your slave or make me parent
you like your mother did. I need a
husband, not a son.
#8: You need you to share your
emotions with me:
It’s not enough to bring home a
paycheck. While that helps keep your
wife feeling secure, women need your
emotional support, as well. Help out in
every way you can from changing
diapers and midnight feedings (if you
have kids) to equally dividing
household chores keeps us united.
Please say good-bye to your
antiquated ideas of “women’s work”
and be willing to help with everything.
#9: I need you to listen and not always
offer a solution:
Women offer sympathy, men offer
solutions. This is natural. However,
women need men to listen to them
and not necessarily give advice. I know
it’s hard to nod and be supportive
while she goes on about her day, but
the fact is, your woman will go to the
ends of the earth to love you when you
truly listen to her and acknowledge her
needs. Nod. Get involved. Look her in
the eye. Actively listen to what she
says and provide nonverbal feedback.
Be truly interested in what she is
saying without worrying about what
you’re going to say next. Then, watch
what happens as your woman opens
up more and more to you.
#10: I need you to be generous with
your money:
Don’t be a tightwad! A woman has a
deep need for security and your
generosity goes a long way in letting
her know that you are there to take
care of her. Allow the marriage to be a
true partnership. This includes the
money.
