1acre is 4plots of100*100 bt in ur clearin, i saw for 6plots.
i tot u guys havebeen giving the impression dt clearing is cheap in ogbomoso and dt u can get tractor from government

for d plantain farming, i think the quote is expensive.
just yesterday, i bought 25bags of poultry droppings here at 200 per bag- garri sac.it should be cheaper at oyo cos most of the birds are reared in the west. who says the participants cannot apply the fertilizer and manure themselves, i tot u guys are out to guide and teach them. since wabi is a group thing, why not buy in bulk?

Investment Costing

STAGE 1: free
STAGE 2: cost of using manual labour for land preparation at N15,000/acre
STAGE 3: cost of buying 1000suckers @ N70each is N70,000.
STAGE 4: cost of Planting 1,000 suckers at N15 per stand is N15,000 or less
STAGE 5: 1st -5th Weeding @ N30, 000.
STAGE 6: Purchase of Manure/Fertilizer, Transportation & Fertilizer Application @ N25,000.

total N155k

but i will advise against plantain cos d duration of the free land is1yr.
