Talking about the rules of RAP, it doesnt sound nice seeing rappers using perfect rhymes like, "institution, cremation, substitution, extinction" . . .f*ck. Those are too easy! I didn't say i got schooled by Nas n' Talib Kweli, but i got 'em as my mentors and I bet I listen to 'em songs more than you do. Cos' if i you did, u would understand what i meant! For me, later is pronounced wifout the 't' - so you get somn like 'lai-er' . . Sauron N other UK peeps can attest to this. Plus no one is saying you must use real rhymes but to be on the safe side during text battles, avoid slant rhymes. I realli wonder why everything has to be a slangin' fest on NL, seriously. . @ Shaz, I guess he got the whole thing wrong, I told him mother was the farthest rhyme for layer really, knowing fully well that mother/father were sacred in this competition, clearly spelt out in the rules. Unfortunately, his fans see no problem with that or with breaking the rules. Unfortunately, I have no regard for people who sacrifice rhyming right for rhyming tight and that's exactly what he did. Good riddance - no sentiments, no siding, no hating! Ibime makes sense, let's do some pruning. We need to agree on the grades tonight hopefully, let's all send our grades to mukina. |
