if you don't mind.
Have, has, and had" are auxiliary verbs.

"Has" is in singular form, while "have is in plural form"

According to one of the laws of concord, "singular verbs go with singular nouns/pronouns.
And vice versa

therefore; the word "women" is a plural noun, and should go with a plural verb. That's why she should have concorded it "have" instead of "has"

NB. Any verb that ends with "S" is a singular verb.
