Please read this article from New York Times when Buhari was in power he arrested over 4000 politicians and over 600 were convicted for corruption. If he had been in power for 8 years instead of 1 year and 8 months Nigeria would have been like Malaysia or Dubai by now.All the corrupt people would have been wiped out.
