When do you think the bonuses will be credited to our accounts?
That is left for the registrars to decide....But the more important question is: Why will the management of ChampBrew issue bonus at this point in time; right before or after the sale of Raysun's shareholding?
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by 222Martins(m): 2:23pm On Apr 26, 2024
It is left for you to make what you want out of it. grin grin grin We await the second update on the exit price of Raysun...

Just asking, why will I buy IEI @1.17 instead of MBenefit @0.56
Compare their P/E ratio, EPS, Outstanding shares and free float, you will find your answer.

Do you know the person that placed multiple 500k units bids there? Do you know who's been buying since yesterday?
Clearly shows you're a kid. Look for your type that you'll go and play sand with.
Whatever negative things you say will go back to you.
I'm done giving you any attention.
Madam!! Show us your holding in the NS/DS you are crying about.....So we can know your league. Let us see how much you are crying about. And i will also show my ChampBrew Holdings too, so that we can also see what you are crying about. Anything other than this is pure blabbing............Show us your league.

That's the spirit bro but there are better stocks out there. Flourmill dropped below 29 not too long ago. If NNFM did North of 40, wait and see what happens...
I entered Inetenegins at N1.29. It dropped to N1.17 yesterday........But i am not here lamenting like an overfed baby. Go to Intenegins now and see bids of 500,000 units and 400,000 units we have placed. I no get time to recite the book of lamentations for NGX matter... In a buyers market, we know those who know what they doing on NGX...........But in a seller's market, you see people like yMcy56 making noise and feeling smart.

Martins222, dey play you here. I no dey your league.
Since you mentioned league, Let's talk of league with the respective companies we bought have interest in and have declared so publicly here. Show us your NS/DS holdings that you have been weeping like a baby about, and i will show you my ChampBrew holding that you are equally weeping about on my behalf. DEAL?? grin grin grin grin grin

Champion is going below 3.00 anyhow you look at it but then what do I know.
The market has mind of its own. Let's see how far it drops after bonus markdown/how long they can artificially prop up the price.

DD advised.
I always welcome a price fall with open arms and joy............When ChampBrew released its 2023 AFS and the price was dropping, i encouraged people to sell. My money is made in the buyers market (downward trend), not in a seller's market (upward trend). I will surely drink the tears of yMcy56 in NS/DS in due time..........Anybody is also welcome to cherrypick ChampBrew and push the price to N1.

I showed you what was written in a company's AFS, i did not add, subtract, pray, hope for something cooking or bursted into tears.. In business and investing, nothing beats a financial statement. It is an X-RAY into a business, not street gossip or street research.........You get the strap??

That's the correct list.
The sale is yet to be finalised (second quarter was mentioned) so the stocks still belong to Heineken/Raysun... grin
Go back again and look at it...and underline the word "HYPOTHETICAL" smiley smiley Na shareholding structure for Q2 June 2023 and Q4 December 2023 you dey see so.... Not the shareholding structure for Q1 March 2024.

What the heck are you saying, my friend? What is the certainty in that champion brewery that you have been parading here?

You see hope that the price may go up if XYZ happens, the same way people in DS/NS saw hope when they heard about the merger. If you claim that the merger would not have sent DS/NS flying upward, then I don't think you are a good investor either.

Now, the merger is on pause, not canceled, pending when the issues holding it back get cleared. I understand Dangote is quite busy with his refinery, which is why he hasn't pushed this one further. I can assure you that I haven't seen a project of this magnitude abandoned by Dangote; the rice mill will come, as he has invested quite a lot. The merger will happen; it is not a matter of hope, it is a matter of when.

So, don't talk as if you know what the market will do next, besides hoping that your permutation is right. If you were a pro, we would know...
There is neither certainty in Champion Brewery nor in life itself..... That is why i only risked 10% of my portfolio in ChampBrew and i will not come on Nairaland to lament or cry like a baby if things go south. For the record, i have never encouraged or asked anyone to invest in ChampBrew. All i do here is discuss the upsides or downsides of companies.......while waiting to drink the tears of NS/DS. I have zero emotions to your losses or gains on the NGX.

If for instance anyone here on NSEMPA gets involved in an accident tomorrow, i can console you, pray and contribute for your treatment. But if you lose money for NGX, i will drink your tears and cherrypick your stocks like NS/DS with zero emotions attached. I no get strength or time to read the book of Lamentations. grin grin grin That is the game we signed up for.

I need you to just say amen to the prayer first in order for you to judge your conscience. Even Otedola, Elumelu etc will not make that statement you made in public forum. The NGX is not all about someone loosing before you make it. If you must know, there is always a win-win situation most atimes. When you buy stock, make some money and hand over to another set to make their money too. Some bought UBA @ N5 and sold at N12 to others who are still holding/have sold at current price of N23. Not necessarily praying for people to loose money for you to profit from their lost.

The last time I check, your name is not agbalowomeri grin, I would have understand your position. I come in peace sha.
There is no room for "Pray", "Hope", "Forbes List", "Something Cooking" and "Amen" in my dictionary when it comes to matters of business and investing... I hope you understand my position smiley

I have been following this NSEMPA group right from when it was created with this same moniker....but i don't comment because i don't need public opinion to invest or move my money; all i do is read, laugh and move on. And yMcy56 moniker of yesterday is talking about me being a new moniker that will disappear soon. Even Streetinvestor2 too.....Funny people!!.... grin grin grin.

But what i will not fail to do is to drink your tears in NS/DS when the price falls.........No matter how pained and bittered you are, no emotions in business and investing. grin grin grin

DS/NS and OANDO shareholders, the hopeful and prayerful warriors of Nsempa grin. Rule 1 of stock trading: Before entering any trade, it’s best to have a target entry and exit price and to never trade based on emotions. it better to have your cash in hand than to trade with hope/prayers/emotion on this NGX
This was exactly what i said about NS/DS that is getting yMcy56 all worked up and crying like a baby........Awon Forbes list investors grin grin grin grin

222Martins:
4. Be wary when cheerleaders encourage you to join the herd and follow the money,......They may be heading off a cliff like lemmings, or running into a crocodile-infested river like wildebeests. NS/DS as a typical scenario. Like a crocodile, I am patiently waiting to cherry-pick the wildebeests of NS/DS when they enter my price zone.

5. Any buy order you are about to place with excitement is not worth it...Same as any stock that generates excitement. Nothing good comes out of drama and theatrics. Excitements closes your eyes and ears to solid opportunities laying in quiet places.

6. Whenever you find out that you have been played or setup for failure, cut your losses and run..I repeat, RUN!!!!!!!!!!........Don't sit and listen to emotional investors asking why a company will quickly release news about a merger suspension so fast and they should be investigated. Buy, hold and pray is a losers strategy. You can always re-enter at a much lower price....

I kept wondering what your mission is in this forum.....🤔🤔
Shebi you didn't buy DS/NS and OANDO, why not face the Champion Brewery you're accumulating?

If Dangsugar drops a letter, did you read a part that says "For the time being" and that "Further information will be provided to the investing public and regulators in due course"?

Once the coast is clear, trust you'll disappear just as you appear with new moniker too.
Baby investor that can't talk without becoming emotionally whipped up.....Na like this you wan take make am for NGX? I am neither an emotional gambler like you, nor a monkey hunter that need others to buy so i can exit. I walk the talk.

My moniker 222martins is older than your stock portfolio and your brokerage account. So leave the talk about moniker and show your holdings in the NS/DS that you kept encouraging people to buy even when the price was dropping rapidly. Talk is cheap!!

Funny guy...... I will rather put my money in a local player that knows its market and turns a profit, than a National player trying to serve everybody and turns a loss. Before i put my N1 in ChampBrew, i knew my "Why", "the Upside" and the "Downside"...... That is the reason why you will never see me use words such as: Hope and Pray.

Win or lose, time will tell. No shaking grin grin grin
Streetinvestor2:
I know you sabi write English but it won't work on champion. Bonus will not take champion anywhere because they won't be the first to do so.champion is the same hope villa.

Otedola sold forte oil for #65 .how much did they buyout other shareholders
The new buyers only bought NB 86% and never said they are buying the remaining 14%
And akwa ibom state owns the major remaining stake and will not sell it to anyone. Champion is local player. If anyone is interested in breweries he should look at national player.Nobody is offering to buy you out and can even buy you out.I will rather gamble in IB than gamble with local champion that has one production line that hardly meets local demand
And new player coming in has not shown an expertise that is why they want NB to still remain in charge for a yr.They want to learn the job while on the job.For now champion is hope villa like other hope villa...na me talk am.

Nobi wen you do better sales you go declear loss.when you no even meet demand of akwa ibom na him you dey talk say other breweries dey declear loss way sell at national level

Champion is only good below #2.50 to be on the safe side.

So only one production line is working and yet they did not declare loss even when other brewers were declaring massive loss? grin grin grin grin grin Well for now, i don't care about production line. All i am waiting for in ChampBrew is answer to these 2 questions:

1. Are you declaring bonus or not? If YES, how much bonus?
2. For how much did Raysun sell their stake to Enjoycorp?
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by 222Martins(m):
KarlTom:
Are you saying that, moving forward, the antecedents of coys, Chairmen and Owners should not be taken into consideration when analysing performance?
The first rule of analyzing the past/history of a company is that you must have all data up to the current date; then if you want to go back in time like 10years ago, that is your cup of tea. But withholding information from investors as a public company is a sign of distress.

The FS 2022 Q1 result of Oando that was released 2 days ago, was it prepared last month? While you keep living in denial, i want you to know that quaterly and annual financial statement of 2022 and 2023 is done and dusted. The 2024 Q1 result is also done and dusted.

The big question now is: WHAT IS OANDO HIDING? Why hide your FS and dealings from the public as a publicly quoted company? It took the big stick of the JSE to force Oando to release AFS 2022 Q1, and many here are debating and dancing around as if they just received manna from heaven grin grin grin

Nestle, NB and other companies declared massive losses, yet, they never missed filing. Whether you are in distress or not, give us your AFS and allow the market decide the way forward. Anybody putting money on a company without using the company's AFS as a baseline information source is simply gambling with his money.
