BullBearMkt:Understood!! Peace!! ![]() |
essentialone:This is exactly the information i was trying to pass across especially to the inexperienced ones. Nothing more, nothing less........Back to minding my business. @Locotrader, fingers crossed ;DI am still your supporter. |
KarlTom:I am sorry for my choice of words, i will edit it. All i did was answer the person that asked how a stock can go from FULL BID to FULL OFFER in seconds, and attacks followed from left right and center. |
Locotrader:What makes it a fake bid? If my bids were filled, would it still be a fake bid? Or were the bids made without funds to back it up? I placed a bid, i was outbidded and i backed out......Se fini. |
BullBearMkt:You dey here dey speak grammmar....because i spoke about it. And when is quitting an auction a crime if people with more money outbid you? Go and tell that to the big firms with billions of funds available to play with. |
vacanci:I would have shown you a screenshot but i would only end up revealing the stock. I just wanted to pass a message to those who are always excited about FULL BIDS and FULL OFFERS. |
SonofElElyonRet:The only way to stop this is to make trading in such a way that, once you place a bid or offer, you cannot adjust or cancel it until that trading day is over. Unless this is done, it will continue....... |
jarkbauer: jarkbauer:Do you think i placed those orders and went to bed? I was actively monitoring it and adjusting them accordingly. The goal was to keep the BID Quantity to Offer Quantity very high, thus creating a smoke screen of artificial demand. If i can do this with a few afolabi units, then imagine what those with billions of Naira can do. |
When stocks are on full bid or full offer, it is advisable you exercise caution.............Someone here once asked: How it is possible for a stock to go from FULL OFFER to FULL BID in a twinkle of an eye. Well, i did a little experiment on a stock just now and some people rushed in.........What did i do? I launched up about 30 different Bids on a stock at various quantities ranging from 250,000 to 500,000 units on a stock that have been promoted here. This made the BID QUANTITY to be more than 15 times the OFFER QUANTITY with a price range just a bit below the best offer price. Guess what happened: People started fighting to outbid me ,; while i was strategically outbidding them in bits without actually buying anything. In the frenzy, they ended up grabbing the nearest offer prices and pushing the price way above the opening price of today.I then proceeded to cancel all my bids and the BID Quantity to OFFER Quantity ratio went from 15:1 in split seconds to 2:1. I believe this is how the big dogs create artificial demand and supply for fools to either rush in or jump out. So please, trade with caution, buy with reason and do your own due diligence..... A word is enough for the wise. Thank You |
Locotrader:Baba don stock up 3 Million units I share your views though. Maybe i go buy 100k Afolabi units keep If the ticket enter, i go use the money brew my village people this December End of the Year Party ![]() |
With this new CBN circular, goodbye to the Banks 200% or 300% Increase in PAT Yoy in 2024/2025...... ...Next is an increase in interest rate by the CBN to curb inflation... |
stcool:The bears are here, nobody is talking stocks again....All i am seeing is Run and Divest to USD. Politicians don't buy and hold USD as an investment strategy, they hold USD because it is less bulky to store and easier to move around compared to the Naira equivalent. |
jamoyakz:Being under FCT Command does not mean it is located in FCT, and we are talking about location here. MSCC Suleja is located in Niger state. |
List of Prisons in Nigeria, Names, And LocationPoint of correction, Suleja is in Niger state, not Abuja while Kuje is in FCT, not Abuja. |
Heishere:Yes, NNPCL is a private limited liability company with 50% shares owned by Ministry of Petroleum and the other 50% owned by the Ministry of Finance. |
Jaakay:Numbers don't lie.... I will rather err on the side of numbers than err on the side of an "Advert about the future." When the advert about the future starts to reflect on the numbers, we will take a second look. |
AfroBeatDiary:N380 Million for a 5 bedroom duplex in Aso drive? A property less than 5 minutes proximity to Aso Villa and National assembly? Haaaaa!!! That's a giveaway price oh!! That property should be nothing less than N1.5Billion. That's probably why the man is fighting tooth and nail to buy it.... |
Locotrader, Even though we all know that nobody can predict the market, you have done remarkably well by giving out information that others demand money for, and i guess that's why a few are pained. In the last 100 Days, all the stocks you recommended has done well in a short time; Transcorp, TIP, Japaul and the biggest of all; Multiverse. All you need to do now is to ignore the noise and keep giving your info; only you feel the need to continue. One thing i have learnt on this forum is that the real moneymakers don't have time to throw tantrums or jump from one comment to another... A trader who has a lot of customers on queue needing his/her attention do not have time to banter or engage in idle gossip with market women. The goal here is to win big, nothing else matters. Locotrader: |
Krismas:I like how you made your point without throwing jabs.....Well, the truth is that Satellites are not stationary. They orbit the earth; likewise Elon Musk Starlink. That is why the moon is also referred to as a natural Satellite, because it moves around the earth just like man-made satellites. |
Elon Musk! Elon Musk!! Always Active Elon Musk!!! Those are Starlink Satellite train orbiting the Earth...... Sometimes, i see my Starlink dish rotating and adjusting to follow the movement of this Satellite train. |
We all know that NNNPC is a cash cow for politicians and the government. The reason it is declaring losses is because most of its revenue are not declared and diverted to God-knows who. But listing it on NGX will open the books for scrutiny. The public will now see where and how the money flows. The PH and Kaduna refineries will be forced to work or sold off. The management too will sit up or they will be booted out by shareholders if they don't perform. SoNature: |
Our government claims to be broke, yet there are massive untapped opportunities that can yield both short and long term gains for Nigeria and Nigerians. I strongly believe that the Government have no business running a business; they should stick to Governance and regulation. So i ask, what is stopping the FG from going public with her core revenue generation agencies by listing them on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NGX)? FG can still retain 35% to 49% shares in these listed agencies and still make tons of money off them without them been burdened with their day-to-day operations? It will also boost the market Capitalization of the NGX and the economy at large. It is a win-win situation. We will be competing and even overtake South Africa in terms of economic size. And with the public scrutiny that follows publicly quoted companies, the management of these companies will sit up. Imagine the massive opportunities that will be created if FG lists the following agencies on the NGX: 1. Bank of Industries 2. Bank of Agriculture 3. NEXIM Bank 4. Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation 5. Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation 6. Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) 7. Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) 8. Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) 9. Ajaokuta Steel 10. All GENCOs, TCN and DISCOs And many more..... In addition to the revenue generated from the sale of shares and dividends received from listing the above agencies, the FG will make more money by focusing on Core Regulatory Agencies like Customs, DPR, CAC, FIRS, CBN, SEC, JAMB, Road Safety, NAFDAC, NBC, Immigration, Nigerian Ports Authority, NCC, SON, etc. |
Flier:It is possible they are experiencing a cyber attack. The first response to fighting-off an ongoing cyber attack is to shut down the server. No access for both the genuine staff and the cyber attackers alike. Then you start trangulating the possible sources of the leak. |
NSNO:Most Americans don't even know what the CIA is or does; same goes for our NIA. The reason you don't know or hear about the NIA is because they don't operate in Nigeria but in other countries where we have an interest. And for the $$$ found in Ikoyi belonging to the NIA, let me ask you. When buying state information from a foreign source, or buying the support of a foreign group like Wagner, do you do a wire transfer or you pay cash? Knowing fully well that you are not suppose to leave a footprint there in the first place. After 9/11 attack on America, the CIA sent in an advance team to buy local support and prepare the ground for a full-scale military invasion. The CIA team went into Afghanistan with $3Million in cash.... |
Jeezuzpick:You have said it all. This particular operation was not a fly-by-night operation; there were a lot of moving parts underground. It could be possible that someone in the breakout and escape team sold out to the regime. |
Mandate1:Regulated you say? I can see you live in a fantasy world. Who was regulating them when they received but refused to dispense the newly designed Naira to the populace? But politicians were getting the new notes in bundles and spraying it at parties? If you think banking and doing business in Nigeria in general is black and white, then you are right? If you believe that there is a grey side for those who seek to know, then you are equally right. |
And who are the biggest hoarders of $$$? Politicians? Yahoo boys? Top level civil servants? Wrong!! The biggest hoarders of $$$ are banks. The way banks hoarded the newly designed currency and created artificial scarcity and panic will give you a clue as to what they can do with the $$$. The second question to ask yourself is this: During the Naira redesign and ensuing Naira scarcity, where did the presidential aspirants and others get the $$$ they shared during the party primaries and general elections? |
I don't have a problem with religion. If you want to worship Cow Dung, that is your business. But what i despise are religious people who feel they need to resort to violence to defend their God or spiritual leader against mere verbal attacks........If i become president of this country, one thing i will fight vehemently is religious extremism and ethnic incitement......... Just make a political or religious threat publicly or try to incite ethnic violence and you will be picked up by the Secret Service or police and thoroughly shaken down. By the time you do it to 100 or 200 people; others will learn. Rwanda did it many years ago and today, they are enjoying peace, stability and progress. |
Materialism! Materialism!! Materialism!! has taken over the church. It now all about the flow of money from you in your branch to the Church HQ; and even if the members of a branch are dying, money never flows back from Church HQ to the branch where you worship. You are on your own. |
You don't lead from behind, you lead from the front. There is a big difference between leadership and guidance. Number 1 is a Guide, Number 2 is a Leader. |
Cantonese:The joke is actually on the workers. By the time Umahi is done dealing with them, especially that guy running his mouth that Abuja is not Ebonyi; they will know the difference between khaki and leather. Politicians don't forgive, let alone forget. The only way they can escape been sacked is by becoming disciplined and doing their work diligently and cautiously because a lot of traps will be set for them. Whichever way the pendulum swings, there must surely be some scapegoats. |
I feel sorry for the poor because reducing Corporate tax is just another way of subsidizing the rich. You can't tax the rich They have zero or negligible expenses. They sometimes earn nothing from their companies but all their personal expenses are routed through their companies. Remember Steve Jobs and Warren Buffett earning just $1 per year as salary? Remember how Americans went crazy when IRS revealed Donald Trump paid just $750 personal income tax per year even as a billionaire? See when it comes to money, it is a game. And the rich are miles ahead in this game? Or what do you think their lawyers, tax consultants and accountants are paid to do? ![]() I see Luxembourg, Panama, Switzerland, and other tax havens attracting more client fund this year and subsequently. ![]() |
