OK boss.Do you think you will see transcorp power to buy on the floor till it get to like #500.You will only see crossing that will be pushing it up.
My concern is we have been on this bus since it was listed at #7.50 .And anytime something good happens, you don't benefits directly.
Hotel went without any direct benefits to us.And if this still goes the same way it will be too bad.
Imagine seeing transcorp power at #1000 and transcorp plc you started as parent company struggling to reach #20.

Hmmmm, Givanas at Apapa!! Memories!! A company i co-founded with my brother supplied them diesel back in the days before my brother left the shores of this country.......The company gave us our much needed break as we were just starting out in the oil and gas industry........Time really flies.....

Stay strong!!!

Updated: My brother, who handled operations for our company saw this thread and confirmed to me that he had one or two run-ins with you. Your moniker Emeka Stanley is your real name and you were the procurement officer at Givanas. This life!!!! undecided I expect you to be older, wiser, experienced and humble now smiley.....

You need to realize that I do not need to like you [or your ways] before I can make money off you.

If TOE lists his company at 240 and I can make 240 in 1month (that's 100%), why will I run away because he has bad antecedents?

THIS IS BUSINESS! wink
Sure!!!! But shareholders deserve full disclosure..........See the way Airtel announced their buyback plan, and how ChampionBrew announced their strategic acquisition; that is how it is supposed to be in a Public Quoted company..........Shareholders are supposed to be carried along from conception to actualisation.

Tony has always been a scam from how he took over uba. This is how he pulled out the hotel to himself. That is why i see that his foundation as a scam. I don't think he has plans to do that.why was the Listing kept secret till on Friday after the close of business and Listing on Monday .You will see 80% of the ownership to himself and one proxy as investment partners registered in one country. 10 % to the parent company and 10% to mugu investors in naija that will push the price to 1000 for him
To even think that people outside NGX see Tony as a Role model worth emulating..........Very mean and ruthless guy. Go back and read Otedola's experience with Tony as his friend...........The guy only cares about amassing more money to himself without bothering about creating/increasing value for shareholders. grin grin grin grin

@Customstreet your attention is needed here! shocked

I think there's going to be allotment of TRANSCORP POWER to TRANSCORP PLC shareholders.

I divided 40B by 7.5B = 5.33
Maybe 6:1 .......Lol make una no mind me ooooooo grin

Let's wait for explanatory documents on this.
I doubt there will be an allotment shares based on how Oga Tony operates. For an allotment to happen, there would have to be a closure of registrar date announced and Transcorp PLC placed on technical suspension during the duration of the allotment and unbundling. This whole arrangement was shrouded in secrecy.........that even shareholders of Transcorp PLC knew nothing about it grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Heirs Holding is going to hold a wholesome stake in this new scheme and probably Tony too. Now i see why a N44Billion loan was taken by Tony's Heirs Holding from UBA last year at a 15% interest rate grin grin grin

No need to show pics again.
Some go begin throw me big stones on my bald head.
grin grin grin grin There was a time somebody was dumping batches of 1Million units at N3.60 and i was mopping it up. In my mind, i was like:, "Hope say Locotrader never cut liver begin sell him ChampionBrew shares oh unto say the price dey fall?" I no know say you still dey buy in observance of the golden rule :Be Greedy When others are Fearful and Be Fearful When Others are Greedy grin grin grin.

Thanks Locotrader. I bought CHAMPION BREW based on your alerts at N3.5. Though na small players we still be with about 41k units. But 'at all at all na im bad'.
Everybody here started small like you and built experience and capital along the way. Locotrader has been making money for people here no be today things.........The only thing his opinion or analysis will cost you, is your own due diligence. Rather than mock or insult him, just do your DD and jump in or walk away..

From Japaul to Multiverse to ChampionBrew.... I recall how he was preaching about Multiverse like the Noah but nobody took him serious until Multiverse moved from N1.98 to N17.

As at Locotrader last reveal, he has grabbed 4Million+ units of ChampionBrew, i was able to grab 10Million+ units before the gate of heaven was closed yesterday. Enjoy the ride brother.......Our 2024 Christmas came early grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Heineken can't exit champion at less than #10.
We minority shareholders with only 3.5% can't sell below 12.

I will prefer Enjoycorp to buy us at a #20 or we ride the company with them.

Champion is locked. No room for entry now.
Loco and those who heard my call are enjoying our ride now though I am 4% down at current price but no whala .Next week will be green all round
My findings is that Heineken BV strategically kept ChampionBrew small.......Instead of allowing ChampionBrew launch new products, grow and become a competitor to NB, it used ChampionBrew for contract brewing and as a tool to checkmate Guinness and other brewers.

With Heineken out of the way, ChampionBrew is free to fight for market share from NB, Guinness and Interbrew. I see ChampionBrew regaining a stronghold in its region with the launch of new products. EnjoyCorp must raise the value of ChampionBrew if they must make a profit.

Thank you my brother.
I did a thorough check before investing in champion brew.Raysun must tell us how much they are selling the 86.5% of their shares to Enjoycorp.
Whichever way the minority shareholders who own 3.5% of the shares will make some money whether delisting or no delisting.

Now I live in the East, I have seen a good business which is palm oil production.Right now we are setting up a palm oil mill. This business is taking more of my time.

The bread business is a partnership business.its doing great

I suspect it is an akwa ibom state government project cheesy. Interesting times ahead. Heineken would have possibly made a better parent company.
It's not.....Akwa Ibom government bought a 10% stake to ensure her continued support to the investment regardless of the change in leadership of the Government. Anambra state and River state hold stakes in InterBrew.

I dug further and found out the guy is a Venture Capitalist who was also involved in buying Polaris Bank.... Locotrader, ChampionBrew is no longer delisting...........Money must truly be made this 2024/2025 grin grin grin

222Martins:
Status Update: A lot has happened since i last posted. Like i said in one of my replies to a thread; "you can have the money, find a good car dealer, find a good car at a fair price and shit will still go wrong." Now let's go over the timeline of this deal.

6th July 2019 - Made full payment to Kakaibuy for a GX460 after selecting one that meet my specification and the payment was confirmed by him.

9th July 2019 - Manheim confirmed payment for vehicle. So we wait for approx 2 weeks for document regularisation by Manheim.

9th August 2019 - We were yet to receive the title for the vehicle. Kakakibuy puts a call across to Manheim and was told their was an issue with the title, which was sent back to the seller to rectify. So we were left with 3 options:

1. Wait for the seller to correct and send the vehicle title
2. Open an arbitration and request a refund from Manheim
3. Choose another car from Manheim

After a little back and forth with Kakakibuy on the next step to take, I went with option 3 and the search for another car began.
You have a point there aieromon. Above is a quote i made when we ran into similar issue.....@kowalsky, Can't the car be replaced? I don't know how Copart works but mine was replaced on Manheim.
AutosRe: Kakakiautos - Case Of Fraud by 222Martins(m):
huh huh huh I got mentioned here about a review i did on my GX460. Well, i guess i was honest enough to let everyone know that deals don't go smoothly. I have bought several cars on Nairaland for personal use at different times and each transaction had its peculiarity but they all delivered. From an FX35 from Fhemmy, to a Sienna from Gazzuzz, to a Lexus GX460 .....and i can tell you that my offline car purchases were less stressful but more expensive..

N45M is not N4.5M, Kakakibuy, What is going on?

It's better for me to stay in champion brewery which the minority shareholders are being listened to.At least Akwa ibom Govt is for the interest of minority shareholders.

If oando case is like that of champion where Raysun Nig Ltd upon having 86% of the shares has no final decision, oando would have buy out the minority shareholders by force.

Wale self doesn't have up to 50% of oando shares yet he takes all decisions.

Why should you answer oando shareholder when you don't have mouth in the company?

@Mankind2024, one major advantage about TA which you don't know about is that I can use it for trading and also as an investing tool. I see no reason keeping a stock that I bought at average 2.61 in 2023 and rose to above 18 & not take profit (no be juju be that?). When I saw opportunity in the same stock last trading week, bought it at 13 again!

I will attribute all these negativity about TA to lack of in-depth knowledge about the tool
grin grin grin grin grin
I share your sentiment and strategy. If i had 1 Million units of Transcorp at start, and i love Transcorp so much like @Mankind2024; i would have traded the highs and lows of Transcorp taking my units from 1 Million to 3 Million or more without adding any more of my money; while still taking a long term position as an investor.

Pls can you explain how this old trick gave us 300-400% in Japaul, TIP, Multiverse. Were those stocks manipulated to 300%?

Please I want to learn from you old wine so I can adopt a method from you.

Thank you
I thought this matter has been laid to rest? Locotrader, you recommended TIP, Japaul and Multiverse when no one was looking at them; they performed and the evidence is glaring. I even commended you for that. You are good but one thing you need to stop doing in 2024 is taking generic talks or tantrums personal. Even if you feel something is directed at you, provided you were not quoted or mentioned, just ignore it.

Remember, lots of stocks have been mentioned here in the last few weeks, from Tantalizer, to Daar to Insurance stocks to Ellah Lakes, etc.
