Toju200: You and bidexii, saw this story on Twitter, rushed to post it, like you people have credible independent sources, oya give us details of the gun battle and pictures. Stop rushing to post other people's post if you can't verify it, it's called integrity. Send the details ooo, since you people don't want to learn, it's not anything that looks like bone a dog should bite 10 Likes |

Toju200: I see his stories, his stories are not always correct, he always has stories like this and says details coming on his radar, and it goes dead, because there is usually not always substance to it...by the way you didn't credit the story to the deji guy, so technically you came up with the story |

Whyem15:Brother, why? The US is Nigeria's biggest partner on anti-terrorism, why would they want to destabilize Nigeria? Is it even news that we have those elements in the north? Let's face eradicating terrorism, not countering reports. |

Faithful007: The US might not necessarily want to destabilise the country (as it will take more than this kind of report to do so), they just like to use this kinds of reports to undermine any administration that their relationship has gone sour with. 2 Likes |

Tobiloba2407: How did you know I got it from twitter ? And why must I post pictures to show that the news I posted where credible and how did you you know BHT news claims are right ? Am I sure if there claims are right, there would be images of dead soldiers flooding the internet by now. Am talking about “ people who don’t want to learn, you are such one that shows you’re not learning. All you just do his come on the thread and pick flimsy excuses that does not make sense” If you want news that is 100% right I guess you know where to go to 9 Likes 2 Shares |

The notion that America wants to destabilise Nigeria is plain laughable and nonsensical. They have many issues they're confronting and destabilising Nigeria would be the last thing on thier mind especially under Trump. They know that a destabilised Nigeria is a serious threat not only to Africa but the rest of the world, is it the America that is trying so hard to close their borders to migrants especially from 3rd world countries that will be trying to destroy countries they're shielding themselves from? Trump is pulling out American troops scattered all over the globe in his aggressive policy of America first(Nationalism as against globalisation). If they want to really cause problems for us honestly, it's a very very very easy task to accomplished as there are already serious cracks in the unity of the country, some people in this country will do anything to even destroy Nigeria if given just a word of support from Big Sam free of charge. Is it the Trump's America that waved off the Arms embargo on Nigeria to sell weapons of war to enable us confront our problems ourselves that one to scatter Nigeria? Think am o!! 4 Likes |

FORCE COMMANDER MNJTF ASSURES SURRENDERED BOKO HARAM TERRORISTS OF HUMANE TREATMENT The Force Commander of the Multinational Joint Task Force, Major General Ibrahim Manu Yusuf has assured Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorists who recently surrendered of humane treatment. Major General Yusuf made the assurance during an interaction with the former fighters today in Mora, Extreme North Region, Cameroun. 2. Addressing the former fighters, the Force Commander who spoke in Hausa told them that the entire Boko Haram /ISWAP idea is misplaced and orchestrated by a few misguided individuals who desire to inflict suffering on millions of people in the Lake Chad Basin, for their own selfish and personal interests. The Commander therefore urged them to encourage their former colleagues and friends who are still in the bush to come out and surrender. He informed them that countries affected by Boko Haram Insurgency have developed their respective Disarmament, Demobilization, Reintegration and Resettlement (DD/RR) programs to address the peculiar challenges introduced by the Boko Haram Insurgency. 3. In his remarks, the spokesperson of the group (name with held) commended MNJTF authorities for accommodating and catering for them and their families. He observed that contrary to a widely held opinion that fighters who surrender are being killed, members of his group are safe. "Our Commanders told us that we would be killed if we surrender, but here we are being treated like human beings". He expressed regret over the atrocities that they were misled to commit and prayed for forgiveness. 4. The Force Commander also used the opportunity to operationalize the European Union funded direct supply of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants to Sector 1 of the MNJTF. It would be recalled that a fortnight ago, the MNJTF launched the programme in Sector 4 Diffa (Niger Republic) . All sectors of the MNJTF are benefiting from the European Union intervention. 5. The Commander Sector 1, Brigadier General Bouba Dobekreo , Staff Officers from HQ MNJTF and Sector 1, among other dignitaries witnessed the ceremony. Please, disseminate this information to the general public. Colonel Timothy Antigha Chief of Military Public Information MNJTF N'Djamena - Chad

bidexiii: The Shekau-led faction of BH has released its first video exclusively featuring members claiming to be from Niger State. It shows about one hundred persons praying Eid in the heart of a bush before showing three fighters sending Eid greetings in Hausa, English and Fulfulde. It’s interesting that two of the fighters were respectively wearing Nigerian military & police uniforms. This indicates that they might’ve recently killed security forces and got their uniforms. This is because in their past video, the only speaker from Niger was in mufti. These shit his getting real the earlier these guys are crushed the better !

ugo4u: If you think US gives a sh*t about Africans because of fear of migration then you don't know abt Libya. it's not the first time US is doing things like this so it's possible..Trump's administration is trying to do things differently but America is an institutionalized country which means it would take more than trump's administration to totally change the game. 2 Likes |

youghs: Ironically, the Libya situation is the reason why the thought of destabilising a country of the magnitude of Nigeria won't cross their mind in a very long time, at least not in the nearest future. What happened in Libya was an attempt to effect a regime change and not necessarily destabilise the country but it went haywire. If a homogeneous country like Libya was a failure when a regime change was effected, now imagine a country like Nigeria where on a normal day , an Ijebu man is always suspicious of an Ẹgba man not to talk of the other major tribes. The fall out will be devastating. Why do you think all those Western countries usually abstain from anything cessation when any group starts agitating in Nigeria . It's because if they decide to support one group, numerous group will follow and it's a recipe for civil war and unrest. The only meddling that the western countries do is subtle Election manipulation to put their own man their, but even at that, the Nigerian political landscape is evolving and it won't be effective much longer In the long run, the better thing for all parties is Nigeria to remain one. The longer our democracy, the stronger our constitutions will become so as to effect checks and balances due to constitutional amendments that would have happened over the years and by then the issues of every tribe sections would have been attended to. 2 Likes |

timay:You say useless?? Don't be tempted to fall into their trap, Trump isn't really interested in happenings in other countries which is a totally different approach by the Democrats even his own Republican party, he is more or less interested in his America first policy. Ask Iran and China how e be them for body. Infact you see that trade war with China, is the greatest mistake Beijing will ever do. America have already started lobbying one of their strongest ally in the region (India), they're now aggressively implementing policies that will deal a great blow to the Chinese economy. Africa generally is more or less of no concern to them(economically) as we don't have any leverage, oil that was once the bargaining chip is now almost irrelevant to the US with discovery of Shale oil. 2 Likes |

timay: I must say, Egypt getting both the rafale and su35 is a master stroke...especially if the rafale came with the meteor missile and spectra electronic pod. India just got some, at the price of over 200 million for a piece, and they immediately started poking their middle fingers to China. I think India needs to calm down, their whole military is basically imported, and can't survive a 7 month attrition war with China.....but the writing on the wall seems USA and France, are using them as stooges to undermine China. 1 Like |
